The apartment is located in the extremely popular holiday residence Kormoran in a quiet location. The complex is spacious and offers plenty of green space for children and animals. The houses are nestled in romantic nature: the Darsswald, meadows, badgers, foxes and deer are your neighbors. The north beach can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes, the natural west beach in about 20 minutes. 2 bicycles, towels and linens included. The apartment was completely renovated in December 2019.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a large balcony. The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Im Wohnraum steht Ihnen ein drittes Bett zur Verfügung. Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei bis drei Gäste ausgelegt. Der zur Wohnung gehörende PKW Stellplatz liegt direkt am Haus und steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
