The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The apartment is new, bright, very well equipped, it has a large terrace (umbrella, sofa, electric bbq). A mobile air conditioner is available in case of high heat. Quick access to public transport, restaurants, bars, Confluence shopping center, Confluence museum, cinema,...

Moonstone

In the smallest village in the metropolis of Lyon, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100m away) like shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet area to rest and discover the charms of the old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d 'Or.

A 2 minutes d'un arrêt de bus pour Lyon centre et à 5 mn de celui pour le campus d'Ecully, à 10 mn d'Ecully ou de Lyon en voiture. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue. ATTENTION: escalier étroit non adapté pour personne à forte corpulence

Maison "Palettes" : un petit duplex pour vous accueillir, avec une cuisine très fonctionnelle ( four, four à micro-onde, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle...). Un escalier part de "l'entrée des artistes", puis à l'étage, nous sommes dans la chambre "Suzanne Valladon", peintre qui résida non loin d'ici. 0ù art et art de vivre se retrouvent dans une ambiance cosy ! Un petit déjeuner est proposé avec des produits maison, jus d'orange frais, compris dans le tarif.
