The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

TCL 204 bus (direction Villefranche-sur-Saône/Gare Lyon Vaise) at the foot of the building. SNCF station 500 meters away (direction Lyon Vaise/Tassin). Lozanne train station (5 min drive) serves Lyon Part Dieu in 25 minutes. Discount from 4 nights, week and month.

The countryside in the city. Only a 10-minute walk from the Hotel de Ville, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a jewel of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of a living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available. But beware, the most direct access to the city is only by the stairs to St Paul (see photo).

Our cozy and functional apartment offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Located in Champagne au Mont d'Or at the gates of Lyon, it offers easy access to the city center via the motorways or public transport located a 5-minute walk away. Enjoy private parking, self check-in, fiber Wi-Fi, Netflix access, and a fully equipped kitchen. Separate bedroom, sofa bed, modern bathroom. Perfect for a relaxing or professional stay.

Small studio in the center of Limonest

Located in the heart of the village of Limonest, the accommodation is close to all shops (bakeries, Casino, butcher shop, pharmacy, etc.). You are close to Lyon either by the M6 or by bus (Line 21, at the foot of the accommodation), the Techlid business park and at the foot of the Monts d'Or to go for a walk. The place is bright thanks to its west-facing orientation and openings (including Velux).

Fanny's Apartment, 42 m², has been fully renovated. It consists of a living room with TV area and sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, a large bedroom with 160 bed (opening onto the living room through a glass wall), and a shower room. Possibility of a baby bed in the bedroom. The bay window opens onto the garden where a barbecue area will be set up just for you (when the season is right).
