The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The place is bright thanks to its west-facing orientation and openings (including Velux).

Possibility of a baby bed in the bedroom. The bay window opens onto the garden where a barbecue area will be set up just for you (when the season is right).
