LE REFUGE DE LA RIA is a quiet family cottage of 200 m2. With its large sunny living room and sea views, you will enjoy an ideal setting to rest with your loved ones. The sailing club and coastal trail, within walking distance of the house, will introduce you to the idyllic setting of the south of the Brest harbor. Come and enjoy one of the few places near the sea where the population density is low.

18 m² studio with 50 m² garden in a quiet area. Equipped kitchen, 140 x 200 mezzanine bed, sofa, TV, shower room and storage. Access 2 min walk from GR34 and 5 min walk from the beach. Bring small shoes for swimming. 20 min drive to Brest and Landerneau, 45 min to the Crozon Peninsula. No smoking and no pets allowed. Check-in and checkout times are modifiable and agreed upon together.

La Petite Bélérit is a 90 m² townhouse, located in the heart of Landerneau. We completely renovated it in 2021. Everything is within walking distance! My place is close to the sea, in the countryside, centered in relation to the main tourist sites of Finistere. You'll love the location, the calm, and the comfort. The cottage is ideal for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children) and can be suitable for four-legged companions. Not suitable for people with disabilities.

Unique countryside cottage

Gîte de Kerdiez. This gîte was made entirely by us, it took us 6 years to create a place that suits us completely. We are very happy to introduce you to this little piece of heaven. The cottage is surrounded by our "Landes de Bretagne" sheep, peacocks, horses and three goats. The hamlet is composed of seven Breton houses from the 1900s.
