Hi , We are renting out a furnished house, integrated into the courtyard of our farmhouse, which we have renovated ourselves. This accommodation is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the beaches of the bay of Brest, on the edge of the Armorica Regional Natural Park, but also at the gates of the Crozon peninsula and the Monts d'Arrée. We are 20-30 minutes from the entrance to the neighboring towns: Landerneau (20 minutes) – Brest (23 minutes) – Châteaulin (25 minutes) and 30 minutes from the first beaches of the peninsula.

This house is located in the center of the village between two rivers. It is close to all shops. You can get everywhere on foot (the bakery is a stone's throw away). There are many possibilities for walks from the house along the sea (coastal paths), in the countryside and in the historic center (Daoulas Abbey). Mon logement est proche de la mer, à la campagne, centré par rapport aux principaux sites touristiques du Finistère. Vous apprécierez l'emplacement, le calme, et le confort. Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

18m² studio with 50m² quiet garden. Fully equipped kitchen, 140x200 mezzanine bed, sofa, TV, bathroom and storage. Access 2 min walk to the GR34 and 5 min walk to the beach. Bring small shoes for swimming. 20 min drive from Brest and Landerneau, 45 min from the Crozon Peninsula. No smoking and no pets allowed. The arrival and departure times are modifiable and agreed together.

Relax in this 45 m2 quiet and elegant accommodation, take a moment outdoors to relax under a large mulberry tree in its large flowery garden with sea view. 200 m from the beach and the GR34. Summer is a very popular season for us and to better manage arrivals and departures via our work, our rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
