You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

The house is thoughtfully decorated and very cozy with a fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice views, partly over the Marina and the water. Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

The home was built in 18409 and once housed the Old Costoms, has now been restored with respect for the old. The home is atmospheric and exudes home, so here it is easy to calm down and relax. Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Charging station for electric cars available and can be used for a fee.
