The house is located on a small natural plot that is partially fenced right out to Denmark's longest dike, which allows for long walks and bike rides along the water.

På Søllestedgaard Gods på gårdspladsen lige ved siden af hovedbygningen, ligger forvalterboligen, hvor den ene længe udgør havehuset, som nu udlejes. Havehuset udgør en dejlig lejlighed i 2 plan med udsigt til voldgrav og direkte adgang til terrasse. Lejligheden har plads til 6 pers fordelt på 3 soveværelser. Udlejningsboligen er beliggende på Lolland i stationsbyen Søllested lige imellem Nakskov og Maribo.
