This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

The Garden House

At Søllestedgaard Estate, in the courtyard right next to the main building, is the steward's residence, one wing of which has long served as the garden house, which is now being rented out. The garden house is a lovely apartment on 2 levels with a view of the moat and direct access to the terrace. The apartment sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The rental property is located on Lolland in the station town of Søllested, right between Nakskov and Maribo.
