Brand new and fully equipped house of 28 sqm in Danderyd, 15 minutes north of central Stockholm. The house was completed in January 2024 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 100 meters from a fantastic nature reserve with endless options for walking, hiking and swimming. In 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping centers (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. The house has waterborne floor heating, a permanent workplace, good Wi-Fi and parking with charging.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

The apartment is about 70 sqm. and housed on the ground floor of the larger villa. Parking space and private entrance. 50 meters to the bus. Access to cot and high chair if needed. Pets welcome.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Morgondoppet tar du på den egna brygga och frukosten avnjutes på randen till Saltjsön när vädret tillåter. M/S Kung Ring tar dig till Ropsten och vidare in till city. Inom 20 minuter är du på Stureplan. Efter en match på Tranholmens förstklassiga tennisbana är en bastu och bad i Saltjön stärkande.
