The apartment (22 sqm) is located in a villa with its own entrance. Parking is available outside the apartment, but please let me know in advance so I can leave a space there. There is also a bus stop for the bus to Mörby Centrum, which quickly takes you to central Stockholm. There is a 120 cm wide bed, a 90 cm bed, and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made, and cleaning on the day of departure is included. A simple breakfast is included (bread, butter, cheese, ham and yoghurt). The area is quiet and pleasant. The apartment is pet- and smoke-free.

Hiking trail Roslagsleden around the corner and swimming area at Edsviken about 200 meters. Both for weekends in Stockholm and holiday week in scenic area. Also suitable for longer stays. The apartment is about 70 sqm. and housed on the ground floor of the larger villa. Parking space and private entrance. 50 meters to the bus. Access to cot and high chair if needed. Pets welcome.

Well-planned and fresh studio apartment with a private entrance. The 24 m² apartment includes a hallway, bathroom, wardrobe, dining area and kitchenette. Just outside the entrance, you'll find a private south-facing patio. An extra full size bed will be provided when booking for 3 guests. The apartment is centrally located, just a 7-minute train ride from Stockholm Central and within walking distance to Arenastaden and Mall of Scandinavia. Easy access by car with street paid parking available.

Ljus härlig nyrenoverad lägenhet på bottenvåningen i villa, med utsikt över trädgården. Lägenheten är helt fristående med egen entré. 150 m till buss som tar dig till affärer och tunnelbana på ca 5 min. Lugnt villaområde, nära till vatten och natur. 500 m till havsvik och badmöjlighet, samt 800 m till skog och motionsspår. Ta med egna bäddset och handdukar. Det finns även att hyra för SEK 200 per gäst. Ni städar själva alternativt köper avresestädning för SEK 600. Fri bilparkering på gatan.

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Very close to the city, all amenities, services and the metro and buses are a 5 minute walk away. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful surroundings with nice walks by the water. Newly built, modern, well equipped 30 sqm apartment with excellent sound proofing. The large room has two single beds 80cm wide, (can be put next to each other), tv, sitting area with sofa, dining area, a full kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine, drier and a cupboard. Towels are provided.

Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.
