Inside the glass veranda there is a large kitchen for shared cooking around the kitchen island in front of the fireplace, space for 12 people around the kitchen table, with lovely sea views. Outside the kitchen and living room, balconies extend to capture the morning and afternoon/evening sun as well as sea views. In the garden, there is a pool and many places to enjoy. 7-10 beds.

Dining room with room for 14 people and exit to terrace. 2 large bedrooms with double beds. 2 smaller bedrooms. Unheated pool. The area is quiet with proximity to forest and beautiful swimming areas as well as close to heated pool area for play and exercise swimming. A couple of minutes by bus to the subway that takes you to Stockholm city in 15 minutes

Detta familjevänliga boende ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till flera bad, golfbana, skog och hav samt bra kommunikation till Stockholm.(15min) Boende: Fyra sovrum med plats för 6-8 personer, arbetsrum och wifi finns. Tre badrum varav två med dusch och ett med badkar och bastu. Utomhus: På den stora terrassen finns loungemöbler, matplats i inglasad pergola, utekök med grillar samt jacuzzi. I trädgården finns pool, solsängar, loungemöbler och studsmatta. Några cyklar finns att låna.

The house is located about 400 m from the sea with a very nice pool and a large terrace toward the south. It is very comfortable place, modern, very quiet and a lot of space (ca 200 m2). Internet connection is of high quality (1Gb, Fiber). Grocery stores very close (Lidl - Ica) and open every day until late in the evening. Close to the city by metro or car. At the garage place there is a charge box for Electric cars (free of charge). We speak Swedish, English , French and Russian.

Our wonderful newly-built New England house is only 500 meters from the Marina in Viggbyholm! Nature is around the corner with running tracks, forests and it is only 20 minutes to Stockholm. The area is very safe! The house has five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool and a small plot with a trampoline for the children. All the amenities you need are in the house - washing machine, drying cabinet, dryer, microwave, etc. Grill and terrace. Right next to Näsbypark in Täby
