Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

This maisonette sheltered from passersby and traffic is a peaceful place to relax. Ideally located next to the fields while being 25 minutes from Disney or Paris. A small garden allows you to enjoy a barbecue or outdoor dining. The little extras: garden, pets allowed, king size bed. The small minuses: non-smoking accommodation, no blind in the living room, no private parking space but free spaces a few meters from the accommodation.
