Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Unique outdoor feeling in the mirrored tiny house in the middle of the forest. With connection to a hotel in a secluded location with a heated 13 m x 8 m pool. Experience tiny houses of a special kind, unique in Germany! In the middle of the forest, 2.7 km from the nearest village, you will find our tiny houses with their own plot, 20 square meter terrace with grill and furniture. Inside, next to the bed, there is a sitting area with Hukla armchairs, shower and toilet as well as TV and fridge.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Beautiful spacious apartment for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment is approximately 95 m², with a terrace of approximately 45 m² and a balcony of 6 m². Note: Pets are welcome. We charge a one-time fee of €70 for each animal.
