Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Dammarie-lès-Lys

There were 5 of us and it was perfect. Everyone had their own sleeping and bathing area. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room cozy and the terrace quiet and inviting to relax. Everything was clean. There was nothing to complain about.. We highly recommend it.

Stay with 3 young children, we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games as well as the proximity to the forest. Very well equipped kitchen. Heating put on when we arrived, it was very nice.

Eve and her family are absolutely wonderful people! Welcoming, kind, funny and friendly. The airbnb was beautiful and so cozy and the area is truly enchanted. 100% recommended. Merci pour tout encore et à bientôt! ❤️

great location and very nice place

Estelle & François's place is great. The accommodation is clean and well located. The surroundings are quiet and it is possible to park the car inside the courtyard. Plenty of space for any type of vehicle and safe. Hosts are very responsive and proactive about information. We loved the time and recommend this Airbnb without hesitation.

A very good weekend spent in this small cottage, quiet and very clean really super nice, thank you to Nicolas and Anne Sophie who were very accommodating and pleasant! We'll be happy to go back!

Great stay at Caroline's, we are very happy to have been able to recharge in this very peaceful little village. The house is very cute, clean and well-equipped, a little bonus for the sunny garden with morning coffee! ☕️ I would recommend it 100%

It has been great stay with everything as described. Location is very close to RER A station which makes it extremely convenient to visit Paris. Host is flexible for check in timings based on availability which helped us to check in early and freshen up.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Very nice appartment in an atypic mansion, cozy and with an absolutely amazing terrasse. Bakery and other shops are in walking distance and it's also possible to go to the bouldering areas, even though Chartrettes is a bit less on the map of climbers than other villages. Evelyne was also very helpful, in short, we had a great stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. Thank you for all the hospitality. We will be back!!!

We (2 people) had a pleasant stay (4 days). Everything was as described and we can give a recommendation.

The stay went very well! The apartment is very well located, consistent with the photos, clean and cozy. The bed is a real double bed, comfortable (even if it looks small in the photos). The accommodation is ideal and a good value for money. Note: the apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift and the soundproofing is average. The hallway is shared with another Airbnb, the first day my neighbours were quite noisy (we could clearly hear conversations and comings and goings). Fortunately, the rest of the stay was very quiet. I still recommend this accommodation for its comfort and location!

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described. Everything you need and more is available at the house plenty to keep the kids entertained. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. Supermarket nearby and a small town. Larger towns within a 20/25 minute journey. Hosts are great and have recommendations and very responsive when we had a slight problem. Really lovely stay and would recommend.

Great place to stay for access to the forest. Easy to find and check in was easy. Host was very quick to respond to queries and was very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived before the pool was open but we would have used it if we could and it were a bit warmer. Rooms were clean and a good size. Kitchen is a little small but we managed to cook for us all okay. Regret not using the sauna but amazing that it were there.

The house is located in a small village that can be visited. There is a bakery in front of the house and a restaurant a little further down in a square. The village is 15 minutes' drive from Fontainebleau Castle and close to the forest for walks. There is a very nice garden overlooking the roofs of the Village.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

A very good stay in Villemer in this country house. Very functional and pleasant with a lot of equipment. We liked the responsiveness of our host as well as their flexibility. We recommend it!
