Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dalston

Grants flat was perfect for our stay in london. cosy, very clean and in a excellent location. lots of lovely food spots near by for brunch and dinner. Grant was also very helpful in showing us how to check in/out and what facilities the flat offered with some handy videos sent to us prior to our stay. would recommend staying here, we had a lovely time.

Melih was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and check out! The place is in a great location to walk around and is close to a few subway stations. Overall great stay and location

Venetia’s flat is absolutely adorable! Quiet neighborhood in a great location, with super easy access to restaurants, shops, and of course buses and overground trains. All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice linens, and the kitchen is fully outfitted. The sitting room is comfortable and light-filled, and the garden is quite lovely. The only downsides were the finicky Nespresso machine (could have been user error) and the lack of a clothes dryer (notwithstanding what the listing says). Venetia is super nice and very responsive. All in all I would definitely stay at Venetia’s flat again!

We loved this place! It was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet but close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well set up, the bed very comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous with heated floors and my favorite part of the apartment, was the back patio! This was called a basement apartment but it never felt like it. In the front, is a big picture window facing a garden and floor to ceiling walk out glass doors are in the back. The people who own it are very attentive to detail. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Simone's flat. It is very homely and the little balcony was appreciated :) The living room was bigger than we expected, there are lots of utensils to cook and lots of storage as well. It felt like a place you can stay at for longer stays without any problem. Simone was really reactive and flexible. Would recommend :)

We had a fantastic stay! The flat was very clean, spacious, and easy to find. It’s located on a quiet block, but just steps from a bus stop with several lines that made it super easy to get around London and visit all the main sights. The bed was incredibly comfortable—truly one of the best we’ve had in an Airbnb. Anders was such a kind and thoughtful host, and communication was smooth throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is absolutely brilliant for a weekend get-away, it's close to a shopping area, and quite close to a lot of the buses. Only issue we found was the local area was bad for parking, so if your heading that way of London be mindful you may have to park quite far away. Other than that the flat was beautiful

Very lovely, cozy apartment and great, caring host! We very much enjoyed our stay in a spacious nicely decorated apartment with all necessary amenities. Guy is a very welcoming and nice host, greeted us with bottle of prosecco:) Definitely recommend to everyone and would love to return again to this place.

Patrick has a beautiful house and it was lovely to stay there over the Easter weekend. Almost like our own boutique hotel! So quiet ,while being close to transport links and Walthamstow Village etc very close by. It was very relaxing and the way the house is appointed made it a lovely stay. His house guides were excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed.

We had an incredible stay at Antonia’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy and supportive, and we all slept like logs every night. The stylish decor gave the home such a warm, welcoming vibe, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into every detail. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and public transport, which made exploring the area a breeze. What really made the experience special was Antonia’s outstanding hospitality. Communication was prompt and friendly from start to finish, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket and local tips. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed—from a modern kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and even a washing machine. Traveling with young children can be tricky, but this place was ideal.

One of the best AirBnB in years. An amazing house, clean, good public transport connection, super well equipped, great places in the vicinity, all you need for a great stay in London with a larger group! This will definitely be on my "come back to" list. Thanks Annie for being a great host!

What a great find, set away from a busy road so very quiet on a night, the home is brilliant, clean and has everything you would need, we stopped for 2 nights and everything was so smooth, we had a slight problem with the toilet while staying here but the landlord sorted it so quickly with great communication and was no disruption to the stay, great value for money and would certainly use again, thank you for having us

Yaseen’s apartment was the perfect place for our stay. Beautiful, bright, well equipped and quiet. We have spent four wonderful days with our teenage kids. Islington neighbourhood is great to explore London, and we could enjoy walking distance restaurants every night. We felt at home and are looking forward to coming back. This place is absolutely amazing! The design is stunning, with every detail carefully thought out. The location is perfect, situated in a super convenient area of London. It’s close to public transport, including Overground stations, and there are bus stops just a short walk away. You’ll also find plenty of large supermarkets nearby, as well as a lively street full of restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. Gabriella was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always available and quick to respond to any questions. It’s rare to find such a combination of a beautiful space, a prime location, and such amazing hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The place was clean, well set up, and really comfortable. The location is convenient, short walking distance to the trains, cafes, and easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive. I’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxed and hassle-free stay.

Great location if you like bars, bakeries and the hub bub of Broadway Market, which is fantastic. We made use of the gorgeous Lido in London Fields too which we loved. Carole’s beautiful basement apartment has the prettiest of gardens and we really appreciated the decor. And she was very flexible with our arrival time. You can hear the business above ( which is the most brilliant radical bookshop) esp at the weekend l, but we rather liked that. We’re looking forward to staying again. Thank you for having us.

This place was exceptional! I stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The apartment came with everything you would need and was spotless. The building is well designed and felt very safe. The location is great, very central, close to shops, restaurants and the tube. Darran was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and proactive. Checking in and out was super easy. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely look to stay again!

what to say, everything was perfect. The house is gorgeous and has all the comforts you could need. You feel like you are at home. Carmen was very kind from the first message, also providing us with lots of information to better experience the city. The underground station is only 100 meters away (you can see it from the window), and in 20/30 minutes you can reach all the main attractions of the city. During our holiday Carmen was not in London, and so we were welcomed by her friend Vaida, who was equally helpful and kind to us, and always present via messages. For our future trips to the beautiful London we will definitely try to book with Carmen again. Highly recommended host!

Ruta’s place is pretty ideal. It’s a short walk from multiple bus lines and grocery stores. We loved the terrace and the flat is super comfy. Most importantly, we ran into a number of issues with the washing machine and Ruta was extremely responsive to resolving the issue. My colleague and I were in town for our doctoral program and most days we were out by 8am and got back very late. Due to our schedule and competing demands, we were unable to tackle watering the plants before we left one day. It was easy to communicate that we were unable to assist with this chore as agreed and she happily asked her point of contact in the building to take care of it for us. Ruta’s willingness to accommodate and responsiveness is commendable. I’d stay here again any time!
