The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors 15 minutes from Borås city center. The accommodation area has been newly renovated. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. 1 km to a really nice lake where there is a swim, fish & grill. Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community, there are also tennis courts, padel courts, a walking path around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine.

Approximately 130 sqm with 3 rooms, a toilet with a bathtub and shower, and a kitchen with a dining area in an open-plan layout. A cosy fireplace to light a fire in. Laundry room with washing machine. Cosy glass veranda and several balconies in a secluded location facing different directions. An older rowing boat is available if you want to take a trip on the lake.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Large house on the farm (animal-free)

Here, the entire work team, group of friends or family can fit. I live with my husband in the little cottage on the farm. The forest is all around with mushrooms, berries and walking paths. Very good chances to see both deer and elk close to the house. Close to a county road and easy to get by car to Borås city, 11 km away, where you will find Knalleland with shopping, Borås Zoo, etc. Gothenburg 70 km with Liseberg and Universum etc., Landvetter 50 km, Ullared 80 km, 2 swimming lakes 6 km by car or about 2.5 km on foot.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Unique lake location with your own sauna and jetty deck

Dream location! Here you will find total relaxation with nature and the water right outside the door. It fits max two people. No guests allowed! Our guesthouse has a 160 cm new comfortable bed, a small kitchenette where you can cook simpler meals and barbecue is outside. Outdoor shower and a brand new sauna to use if you want. A large canoe with an electric motor is available to borrow. Lovely walking and cycling paths! A few hundred meters away there is Sundholmens castle ruin. Perfect little ”Get away”.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Joakim & Helena welcome adult guests to enjoy the tranquility of the lake. Stay in our 28 m2 modern guest house in scenic surroundings. Swim and fish in the lake, relax on the jetty or in the wood-fired sauna, cook in our fantastic outdoor kitchen or walk on beautiful forest roads. During late summer and autumn, you can take the opportunity to pick mushrooms in the forests around the property. Only 50 minutes by car to the city pulse in Gothenburg, 15 minutes by car to Borås.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
