We had such a great stay here! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was really responsive and kind throughout. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything. Recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lisa's place was perfect! Safe, cozy, quiet, and clean. I had every thing that I needed, even oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe for walking and I even had the opportunity to stroll with the dogs. Lisa is an excellent communicator and checked in often to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. She is a wonderful host and I will be back!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve stayed before and it’s one of my favorite places to stay in Dallas. I frequent Dallas often and like the accessibility of walking to restaurants and shopping. The home is comfortable, clean and stocked with anything you would need while away from home. Annette has thought of every last detail you would need.. this is definitely my home away from home when in Dallas doing business.

We had another wonderful stay at Mary Jo's. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Her style and taste is impeccable, and the property is clean and well‐maintained. She has thought of every detail needed to make you feel right at home. She is also a warm and friendly person. Highly recommend.

The Place was charming, I would Love to come back again. Unfortunately the Winery it self needs more staffing. They ran out of the wine I requested. We were lucky., we got what we ordered, but then they ran out off the pizzas. But still the music was nice every one at the winery seemed to totally enjoyed themselves. the lines were long and food took a long time but it was worth the wait because it was delicious. Hopefully they will be able to get better or more staffing., or my advise would be to get there early. You also have to order from the front desk and pick up your food. There are no waiters or waitresses.

Had a great couple night stay. Self check in was great! Parking and Privacy were great. Would stay here again if I came back to Dallas.

The house was exactly As described in the listing, super cute, great place for us and our fur baby. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is there. The only struggle we had, as an older couple, was the walk up the driveway from the street and the stairs into the house and backyard. Probably not an issue for the younger generation but was tricky for us to navigate. I still give the house and host 5 stars!

Catherine was great in communicating with me from the beginning prior to me booking. That was an automatic way of getting me to follow through with my decision to move forward with my stay here. I was more than happy with landing this place being in the area having had trouble with finding parking that fit our needs. Great location overall that was close to everything and the location had a very peaceful atmosphere. Very satisfied with my stay here!!

We loved our stay. It was the perfect place for our downtime during a busy week. We felt right at home and enjoyed the quiet. The pool and backyard were beautiful and inviting. Everything was squeaky clean and no clutter. The instructions were very clear for check in and out. We felt right at home!

Tania was great at communicating and helping to answer any questions we had! We stayed here for about a month and had everything we needed. Happy to have had the enclosed fence to protect our cars and other things we had during our stay. Overall it was great for what we needed and definitely appreciate the communication! The neighborhood is not the safest/cleanest, but the airbnb itself was great and just what we needed.

THIS PLACE IS PURE PERFECTION! I can’t say enough good about this lil gem! Probably the BEST abnb that we have ever visited, & now the bar has been set. It’s everything that an abnb should be & thought of everything in advance, for you! Quiet, easy entrance, comfortable mattress and cozy bedding, squeaky clean, and SOOO relaxing! The shower was absolute heaven. The designer decor was an artsy spin on urban and fun. Location was absolute perfect for safety, in walking distance to several eating establishments or a short drive to other favorite suggestions. There is handy convenience cabinet stocked with just about anything you can think of from drinks, snacks or forgotten toiletry needs/items. This host welcomes doggos, so the only thing missing was our lil pooches & that was only bc they couldn’t make the trip bc we were visiting on business. I wish we had an extra night or two, so we wld have had the chance to visit & see more of Dallas. So, wait to visit the casita again soon!

The private entrance and secure parking immediately put our minds at ease. The cottage itself was immaculate and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sparkling dipping pool was perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim, and the hot tub provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. We spent many evenings soaking under the stars, enjoying the peaceful ambiance. We can't recommend this cottage enough for anyone seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat or a solo escape, this place is sure to exceed your expectations!

The cottage was a blessing. A much needed time of reflection and quiet. I can’t say enough about Justin and how quickly he responded to anything that was needed. I felt incredibly safe and that was the most important thing I needed during my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to use any of Justin’s properties again. It was perfect.

We had a great stay here over a holiday weekend and it was perfectly situated for our needs. The location is extremely quiet and safe with wonderful areas to walk through this beautiful neighborhood. Virginia was extremely responsive and helpful, the interior was exactly as portrayed. Everything was clean and well equipped and the bed was especially comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The best stay I have ever had. As i mentioned to Estrella, i would absolutely live here permanently, if i could. Absolutely fantastic place. Quick, easy and very home feeling! Will be checking for this location next time i am in Denton again.

Beds were super comfortable. Everything we needed was available plus extras. Very clean and everything in place. Very good instructions on what was expected of us.

Julius and Sabrina were very hospitable! The stay was peaceful, clean, and cozy. I really appreciate them accommodating with my power needs and space for parking my small trailer some of the days. Julius also gave great restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this property for your next stay!
