Charming East Dallas Room

This charming separate entry room is located in the back of our house. It is our master bedroom suite and the connected door to the house is double locked and soundproofed. Patio and grill are right in front of your entrance. We are behind two schools and there is a park to walk through behind our house. We are located within 5 mins hwy 30 and White Rock lake and 10-12 mins away from 635. We are very chill. We have a cat that is friendly. Laundry would be accessed by request while we are home.

Peace and Tranquility on an acre

Just 5 minutes from I-20, my unique neighborhood is peaceful and serene consisting mostly of one acre and larger lots. When you arrive at my home in a quiet cul-de-sac, you'll find it easy to relax with many modern amenities. It's fresh, contemporary and priced well below its actual value. I only host one guest/couple at a time; no other guests will be here during your stay. The pool is only for the use of my lodging guests, but if I have no lodging guests, the pool can be booked separately.

Charming Cabin Near Deep Ellum & Fair Park

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Though the space is attached to our home, it features a completely private entrance and dedicated parking, so you can come and go as you please with total privacy, no shared spaces and no access to the main house needed.Inside, you'll find a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.Enjoy access to our spacious backyard, perfect for relaxing, reading, or simply soaking up the fresh air.

New guesthouse by White Rock Lake-safe & scenic

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the heart of Dallas, very close to White Rock Lake! We have guest accommodations behind our home in central Dallas, with close proximity to everything from downtown, to a scenic (and historic) horse stable right down the street. The space has a bedroom with a queen bed and a hideaway sofa bed in a safe and peaceful neighborhood! My work studio is upstairs which I use from 10-3pm daily but I’m very quiet.

Keyless entry with special code. No Smoking & No Cats or Dogs allowed due to allergies.
