Three bedrooms and one bathroom with an enormous backyard. This home was thoughtfully restored by a local artist and is situated in the Little Forrest Hills area of Dallas. Front patio, fully updated kitchen, washer/dryer and self check in, are just a few of the features you will enjoy during your stay.

My stylish studio is located in the heart of Lakewood, a neighborhood that is walking distance from White Rock Lake, a short drive to the Arboretum, and 15 minutes north of downtown Dallas. Enjoy birdsong in the morning and the hooting of owls at night in this peaceful neighborhood. You may even meet an armadillo roaming through the yard. Read a book over your favorite drink, go for a walk down the street, or just relax in this peaceful abode. NOTE! All of the blinds close fully, for privacy.

Just a short drive/ride-share to downtown Dallas, Uptown, AA, Deep Ellum, Cowboy's Stadium and both airports. We also have bike paths and local transportation via DART rail or bus.
