Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

Lovely stay with clear instructions and good amenities. Everything felt well presented and spacious. The only downsides were some staining on the couch and the DVD we watched being scratched.

The perfect stay in the Scottish wilderness without compromising comfort. Loved all the small luxuries like welcome basket, local soaps, gorgeous bathroom with couples robes & of course the hot tub! Fab for a couple travelling with their dog! Will definitely be returning :)

This was our absolute FAVORITE stay in all of Scotland! The location is very peaceful and the house was so so clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and so many thoughtful touches throughout the home (robes, yummy snacks, local recommendations). Margaret was so kind and friendly in communications and we LOVED meeting the cows, sheep and chickens! Our only regret was that we only stayed one night as we wish we had more time to enjoy this incredible place. Seriously do not miss out on booking this spot- if and when we are back in Scotland we will for sure be back to Riverview!

Every corner reflects Ali's vibrant personality and passion for creating a welcoming environment. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated during my stay. Ali truly enhanced our experience; she is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From giving us a tour to organising events and even lending us her bike, her hospitality was outstanding. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a fun escape, this place has it all!

We had a lovely weekend at George’s cabin. He greeted us on arrival and everything was set up for us. The cabin was very clean and the amenities such as the hot tub and sauna were great too. George responded very quickly when we had questions and was super helpful. Would have been nice if there were a few more things in the cabin such as tea and coffee as it is in quite a remote area. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Seal Point, the photographs don’t do it justice, the location is beyond beautiful and so peaceful. The cabin is well equipped with everything that you need along with a very comfortable bed. The host Louisa, is super, she is very welcoming and will happily provide information for the best places to eat, and even where to get a tyre fixed, as was our case during our stay, yet she isn’t invasive and will leave you to enjoy your stay. We had the most amazing, restful stay and it was just a beautiful location to wake up to every morning, so highly recommend to anyone considering it.

We enjoyed staying at this out of the way on our adventure around Scotland. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Angela was great about answering any questions. Very peaceful and quiet.

Wonderful little cabin - very peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Exactly what we wanted after several busy days touring to relax and recharge. Easy drive in to Pitlochry if you want to pick up groceries, etc. Plenty of nearby hiking to get out and enjoy nature. One of our favorite places to stay during our tour of Scotland.

Brilliant week just what we wanted from our stay , lovely location and lodge and Brilliant host who was on hand with recommendations for things to do and places to visit. Would recommend staying here and would come again

A fantastic getaway lodge in one of Scotland's most stunning locations, so peaceful and relaxing. A great base for both heading out to explore and coming back to chill out. Can't wait to return!

We stayed at the Engineer’s Bothy for two nights. Glenuig is truly a hidden gem, so peaceful with incredible surroundings. A great base to explore from or, if you prefer, a wee stroll down to the Glenuig Inn for a meal. We went to see Duncan Chisholm and Hamish Napier at the Village Hall, such a fantastic community feel. The Bothy itself is perfect, warm with plenty hot water and a very comfortable bed. Frances & Will were both very friendly and are available if needed.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Joannas Blockhütte sehr genossen. Die Lage in den Bergen, umgeben von Wiesen ist traumhaft schön. Es ist absolut ruhig, man hört nur die Vögel zwitschern und die Schafe auf der Weide. Die Wohnung war makellos. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Joanna hat uns mit einem schön eingedeckten Tisch überrascht.

Lovely view of the lake. Great position for visiting the local area. Pod in great condition (like brand new). The small dishwasher was a surprise 😀. Good directions from the host to find pod. Host available but discreet. We had a lovely time!

Clean, compact, very comfortable bed, ideal location for what I wanted, well equipped for basic cooking, clean shower and toilet. Quiet and midge-free. The EV charger was a great bonus.

Great host, perfect accommodation and location

Had a wonderful stay at the Bothy! Had a fun adventure driving up to it. Really sets that remote feeling. Surroundings are sunning and the bothy has all the basics you need.

The eco-lodge was very comfy, warm and inviting. We had a bit trouble finding the place but that was because I lost cell signal and had not made a screenshot of the check-in instructions (I recommend you do so). We had to ask Katherine to come down to show the electric situation, I had not fully understood that, if the stove is on, nothing that plugs in can be on as well (lamps, radio etc). Katherine was very friendly and was there within minutes then made sure we were set for the rest of the evening before she left! We were very appreciative of that.

Elaine’s small home was perfect for our quick stay passing through the Highlands. Very warm and cozy. I wish we could’ve spent more time here!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was clean, modern and well furnished. The location is fantastic, very quiet at night and close to the restaurant and harbour. The breakfast is very extensive and delicious and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

It's a small space but has all you need for a few nights in the area. I think it might feel a bit cramped for longer. The position of the bed would make it awkward for anyone with limited mobility.
