We are nestled within the hill side of Lochranza up a rough private track. there are many walks from Laggan walk further up the track or fairy dell on the sea coast.

Beautiful two bedroom Lodge with wonderful views overlooking Loch Long on the Rosneath Peninsula. This quiet hillside location is the perfect place to stay if you or your family are looking for a peaceful place to stay. The lodge sleeps up to 4 persons with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which can be set up for one or two persons. One well behaved dog is allowed. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. Dunans Cottage is situated in the beautiful Knapdale Forest 1.9 miles from Cairnbaan within a National Scenic Area. The views are fantastic! The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
