Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Dakshina Kannada

The places is close to main road. It has a private garden which is just so pleasant to the mangalore weather. Garden outside and on the top floor it was great and well maintained. Host was extremely responsive and we did not face any irregularities at all during our check in and check out process. We stayed for 2 nights, it felt like home. The place is great. Especially the garden made me feel like our home.

Property is right at the beach which makes it beautiful, the caretaker is very helpful and set up bonfire for us. We had a great time.

The place is very clean and well maintained. Everyone in the family from 21 year old to 85 year old liked the place.

Nithesh and his family were extremely helpful and accommodating for our needs. The house is well maintained and clean. It had all the amenities one would need for a restful stay including A/C in all rooms, extra beds, hot water, kitchen with utensils etc. We would definitely come back again the next time we are in Town.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The host was incredibly nice, welcoming, and interactive, which made the experience even more special. What truly stood out was the charming story behind the house, you can feel the history in every corner. The antique touch and decor gave me a strong sense of nostalgia; it genuinely reminded me of my grandparents' house, which meant a lot to me on a personal level. The family photos around the house added such a personal and heartwarming touch, they quietly told the story of a loving and beautiful family, and brought the space to life in a very special way. Thank you so much for the hospitality Mrs. Shobha and Mr. Pradeep, and for sharing such a lovely space. I’m already looking forward to staying here again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Kini Nikethan. The property was easy to find, great accessibility and ample parking space. The property is surrounded with greenary and you can spot peacocks within the property in the mornings. I would definitely recommend the property to my friends and family

I highly recommend this homestay for people visiting to mangalore. Host runa was very kind and resposive. the place was very clean and peaceful. kitchen is fully furnished we have cooked all the time and enjoyed. Had a great Time in runa's homestay.

We had an fantastic stay at the misty barns. We were surrounded by lush greenery and the misty mornings were truly magical. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, our party had people with multiple dietary restrictions with nut allergies and they ensured that all the food either contained no nuts or a nut-free version of the dish was provided with the regular version. The estate itself is as advertised in the pictures, it was very spacious and our dog had a great time running around and exploring the entirety of the place. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations. The hospitality was excellent and everyone we interacted with were genuinely nice people! Shout out to the kitchen staff and Partha for making us feel at home.

The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully secured, providing a comfortable and safe environment . The host Chayya was exceptionally friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions I had and ensuring a smooth experience.

The place is really nice little difficult to reach Ambur it’s worth the driving. Clear communication and help from the host makes the stay as breeze.

This place was a hidden gem. Location was absolutely perfect. It was across the beach which was clean unexplored and just a wide stretch of white sand ! The house was also sufficient, perfect for a large group. The pool was a good size, and added to the house. Ashok got us our supplies and made great homemade food. Also the restaurant Kaai at Nilaya stays had some great food. Only regret is we got to know about surfing lessons the night before we left ! So if you stay here please check at the reception at Nilaya stays and they will hook you up. We were on a week long road trip from Bangalore with 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone loved this place and location the best !

The place was well maintained and neat. it was very homely and the table was set up well and ready for dinner, as we checked at about 7pm. Prathiksha and Mallika were very courteous and relatively easy to get in touch with for any small requests. All in all it was a neat and nice little weekend getaway.

Very well maintained property within city limits and amid lush greenery. If you are visiting Mangalore, I would recommend this place for accommodation.

The property is located at the heart of the city and Vernon and family was very welcoming. The house is extremely spacious and well equipped. Everybody including our pet enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended if you are visiting Mangalore with your pet.

Lovely location for the beach house, host made sure we had everything we needed and allowed a flexible checkin and checkout option. Bathrooms and kitchen could have been bigger but we managed alright with all facilities as advertised.

Excellent host. Sandeep was very cooperative to any request. We travelled with our pet and it was very comfortable. There is a huge farm behind the house for long walk. Place is very close to Karkala. This place is max 90 min journey to any point you want to travel in Udupi or Mangalore districts. Hence can be used as center point. If you are looking to stay in coastal district a bit away from city, this is the best place. Karkala is just under 40 mins from here. Should you need any help, Sandeep is super helpful and a wonderful host.

This is a gem of a place! If you like accommodation with real character, you will love it. It’s an old building, within a working farm, with a view of palms to the front. The best things: the wood-fired hot water in the bathroom every morning, the peace & quiet, the tasty food, a campfire under the stars. We loved having the place to ourselves, and Ronny giving us a tour of the farm was a highlight. This is how Air BnB should be - room for only one set of guests, staying alongside the host and seeing how they live. A learning experience. Too many Air BnBs in India are resorts. You book what you think is a single property and turn up to discover there are twelve more cabins alongside it. That is NOT true of this place. It is exactly as described. A one-off. Magical!
