Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Dageløkkehuset

In this thatched farmhouse, you can relax in a quiet environment surrounded by fields and green gardens. The garden is enclosed and therefore perfect for dogs. The garden has 3 terraces, lots of old rose varieties and then it has a cozy touch of "Wild on purpose". If😄 you stand outside in front of the house, you can see to Fyn and if you walk 600 meters down the road you will come to Dageløkke harbor and beach. Beautiful swimming opportunities and a summer-active harbor with tapas cafe and a wonderful sunset view. Plenty of hiking opportunities.

Quietly located natural gem

This amazing natural gem is located next to fields and forests. Here is high to the sky, calm and birdsong. The house is cozy and family-friendly. The quiet owner lives in his own house on the property. The house's large terrace is used exclusively by tenants. The other garden with a wilderness bath, trampoline and fireplace can be used freely. No animals are allowed. No smoking in the house. Tenants must bring their own bed linens, towels and cloths. Although it is an older house, we appreciate that the house is clean and tidy.

Holiday apartment with its own fireplace - furnished in an old barn. Beautifully located in quiet and scenic surroundings with the possibility of beautiful bike/walking trips by the beach, in the forest, on the reef or around the island's many small harbors. In Thurø town there is a supermarket, bakery, inn and local beer brewery. Svendborg with cultural offerings and cozy shopping streets, the Øhavs trail, mountain bike trails, castles and museums are all within immediate reach. In addition, Thurø is a mecca for anglers.

It includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In total, the house is 40 square meters with its own terrace and access to the garden. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Cottage directly by the water. Idyllic little cottage of 15 m2 located on 900 m2 of secluded land. The house is located at beautiful Elsehoved 3 km south of Lundeborg, and with both forest and water as a neighbor. The house is well furnished with a separate toilet. Please note that there is only a shower outside. This is with shielding and hot water. There is a fireplace with pots and pans. In addition, 2 sea kayaks and SUP boards for free use. The bed is a sofa bed with the option of using a top mattress.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Trænger du til at slappe af sammen med din bedre halvdel eller en god ven/veninde i skønne omgivelser med fantastisk udsigt over vandet, 150 m til nærmeste badested og tæt på strand og skov, så er denne skønne perle et godt bud. Her er restauranter med lækker mad, Brugsen og bageren ligger i gå-afstand og her er mange seværdigheder i nærheden. I sommermånederne er der hver weekend musik på havnen + loppemarked hver tirsdag. Sovesofa tilgængelig i lille rum.
