Bright 3-room apartment for all seasons

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

The cozy apartment is fully equipped and has a garden with terrace. Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.

Our accommodation is located directly on the dike and close to the Südwesthörn swimming area. The quiet secluded location and cul-de-sac location allows our little guests to play safely in front of our house and dike. Especially the healthy salt and iodine-containing air will help all guests with breathing problems to breathe well again.
