Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Da Nang

I arrived early and wanted to leave my luggage at the accommodation, so the host personally came and responded and helped me right away. The host was very friendly and responsive. The accommodation was really clean, the kitchen was clean, and the bathroom was clean. The location of the accommodation was also a good location to take a Grab ride out, so it was a location where you could quickly get to the city center. Recommended as a cost-effective accommodation.

Absolutely the place for design lovers. This architecture is truly outstanding. And the house is well kept. The team around the host managing the house is very service oriented and super responsive! Of course like mentioned in other reviews, the ground floor is outside, so you have to live with nature. We didn’t see this as a negative point. Absolutely great place to stay.

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Vu was a great host. He was able to guide us many times with recommendations and local tips. The house is a short walk from the busy town and a nice relaxing morning. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

The location is great. Grab knights know this place. You can walk to the beach, and the back of the accommodation is full of various shops while eating. I want to come again next time. Thank you especially for being a considerate and warm host.

This was a comfortable size. It was exceptionally modern and clean. Outside was a charming garden. The hostess was helpful and attentive. The location was a short distance from all the sights. I have only good things to say.

The property is located close to both the beach and surrounding restaurants. And since the accommodation is on a high floor, there is no noise in the evening and I had a very comfortable rest.

Jack was an amazingly responsive host, always available and super helpful and supportive. He, his adorable daughters and "Brainy" the flower horn fish were definitely the highlight of our stay in Da Nang. We stayed at two of his apartments, both were very clean and well equipped. The building is quiet and well located, a few blocks from the beach and close to great bakeries and coffee shops. Thank you again, Jack!

Great stay with my family! Spacious and clean. Nathan and his crew were very responsive and accommodating. Located in the Al A Carte hotel so lots of amenities and across from the beach. 100% great value and 100% recommend.

Beautiful, newly, spacious and super clean apartment. The whole stay was really amazing except of the construction nearby, it was very noisy in the morning. Except that everything was great.

The place is great if you are looking to be distant from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Hanoi. We also had full access to the resort’s facilities which was wonderful. It is around 20min walk to the closest town and around 1.5hrs walking to the old town (or a 10-15min grab). The room is spacious and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and with a great view overlooking the sea. Kathy was wonderful and very helpful. On top of her list of recommended things to do and places to go to, she was always sending additional tips to us. I highly recommend her place.

We appreciated the friendliness of the young men at the front desk, always ready to help. The hotel-apartment is a 10-minute walk to the historical zone but far enough away to feel removed from the tourist scene. You can fill your water bottles with filtered water in the lobby and make simple meals in the kitchen of your room. Nice decor and a good amount of space. Pool on the top floor especially lovely at night. We would definitely stay again!

My parents stayed here for a week. They loved everything! The view from the balcony is purely amazing! Everything is close by so you can just walk around the area. The apartment is clean and fresh, no mold found (like in other places in dng). The only downside is elevators (wait time is crazy in the mornings), but it’s all good if you don’t wake up too early or use it during rush hours Recommend 10/10

Very big apartment, especially for Vietnam. It is perfect for a long stay and remote work. It has a bebeutiful swimming pool on the 20th floor ruff,. Definitely recommend it.

GRATE PLACE & AMAZING HOST

Very nice and responsive host who tried to be flexible and allowed us to do early check-in and late check-out. The location is great and the ocean views are beautiful for both bedrooms. All the rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.
