Beachfront holiday rental in Da Nang

Tam is an exceptional host—easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The property was exactly as pictured, if not better, and spotlessly clean. Attention to detail was evident, and Tam’s hospitality truly set the standard for Airbnb hosts. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-tier stay. Would definitely book again!

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is comfortable and well-furnished, including the kitchen amenities. The location is fantastic—right where you want to be—close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, yet quiet enough not to disturb you at night. Additionally, the host is excellent: professional, responsive, and friendly.

Beautiful Friendly helpful, quick response host. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Our flight was delayed due to engine problem. Hien has organized a driver to pick us up from airport to her apartment. Driver contacted us a few days beforehand. Apartment is as in photos. Great locations. Very near to the beach, cafes, pizza, Japanese cuisines Korean cuisine, Indian cuisine, Chinese cuisine, fast food as well as Vietnamese cuisine, street food vendors and restaurants, convenience stores, massages right below. Views of Dragon bridge and beach on balcony and master bedroom. Suitable for groups of friends /a family who love to go on tours daily and come back to a clean apartment daily. Will book again. With washing machine and kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Water, clean towels, washing powder, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toothbrush were provided. Welcome gift and a nice touch departure gift as well. Security guard at entry of the block. Key tag to access lift to your floor only.

Because we were arriving middle of the night, we asked Daisy to help us in arranging a ride and checking in. With additional delays with the plane arriving at 3 am in the middle of heavy rain, they took care of everything. The pros, the hosts are extremely responsive and helpful, the location is one block from the beach with many restaurants, and the unit has 3 air conditioners, allowing different members to control temperature to their liking. The cons, the design of the bathrooms. The shower is directly over the toilet making the floor wet. So we used one bathroom exclusively for showers. A tip for best way to get to the beach. There are 2 lobbies, and this unit is next to Gate A. I recommend going out through Gate B and turn right to go to the beach. We stayed here for a month and walked bare foot on the beach at sunrise. You will be surprised how popular the beach is at 5:30 am. Also try the app Grab not only for rides, but doing shopping from large supermarket like Lotte.

The host was immensely helpful in providing recommendations, and even provided rides to and from the airport. The location itself is absolutely beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this homestay.

The host is very friendly. Value for money Very good. However, I was satisfied overall except that the location was a little far from downtown.

Amazing hosts! They helped us with everything, from booking car rides to Ba Na tickets, even getting us food when it rained. The place is very nice and so close to the beach

Hoa went above and beyond in hosting my family of 7 adults and 8 children under 12, including a baby . From purchasing extra life jackets , daily fruit platters , and a padlock for the gate . We had the whole villa to ourselves which was amazing and great to be all together. The kids loved the pool, swimming constantly. There was an assistant Ngo who spoke great English and was wonderful in her recommendations and assistance to local Attractions including ordering a large bus most days to transport us out all together . Ngo also owns the Lucky Beach Restaurant around the corner , her cooking ability and presentation is amazing with delicious food presented. The area is in a lovely friendly neighbourhood with some great local restaurants all in walking distance . Staying here gives a great cultural experience living with the locals and not tucked up away in a resort . Value for money was excellent. Beds were a bit hard for westerners . We can most definitely recommend to others.

Tuyet’s villa was perfect for our 5 days stay for 2 families. Tuyet arranged our transit from the airport and we were greeted on arrival. The villa was spotless and cleaned daily. The quiet location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and great quality local restaurants (100m away). Pool was very refreshing. Easy Grab taxi ride to Hoi An in 10 minutes. Little extra touches like ice in the freezer, daily fresh fruit and a water filter were an unexpected bonus. Would definitely recommend and return next time.

The entire apartment is super spacious and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the daily change of towels and room cleaning service! Location is great as there were marts nearby and the beach is just a short walk across the street. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

The location is perfect, 3-minute walk to the beach, walkable to restautants and stores. The apartment is clean and the hosts are super responsive. Nuna even helped us get a tour guide that's within our budget. We are happy with the way the hosts treated us, the apartment is cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided everyday. I have already recommended this place to my friensds, I will definitely go back to Nathan's place!

Our family stayed at Mei’s place for the month of January…4 adults and 3 children under 7. We enjoyed the safe and friendly neighborhood. Our grandkids played with the neighbor children and had so much fun in the pool. The beach is close by. Mei helped us get bicycles and we rode all over, including into Old Town. We felt safe and welcomed everywhere we went. Mei was so helpful, arranging our transportation from the airport, recommending places to go and checking in on us. She was always quick to respond. We loved our time at Deja Blue 2 and made so many wonderful memories. Thank you Mei!

You’re getting more than what you paid for! The place is nice and cozy, with a lot of establishments that are walking distance. You’ll see a lot of cafes, restaurants, and massage clinics nearby. I love how the rooms are very spacious for two people. I will surely reconsider this place once I visit Da Nang again, I hope there will be rooms available by then.

Sean was very responsive and accommodating for my stay. Even though we didn’t meet in person, but the service and details provided made it super simple and easy to understand. The place is clean, quiet and peaceful. Comes with dishes, spoons, and all utensils needed to cook. Also has local recommendations which made it super easy for us to navigate around the city. Overall 5/5 from us and we’ll book again in the near future when we come out to DN again. Thanks Again Sean!

This apartment is new or recently remodeled--appliances and fixtures still have manufacturers' tags on them. Location is great--just three blocks from the beach and near some good restaurants. Not in the center of town, but cabs here are cheap and easy to find. Host Duy was helpful and easy to get along with.

Cao's room was not available due to a/c issues, the alternative room did not match our booking (booked ocean front views, alternative faced building construction) and I was a bit upset as it was our last stay in Vietnam after roughing it for 2 weeks. Cao was very responsive in regard to communication and offered to reduce the accommodation price. I was happy with the outcome and the accommodation was lovely, would book here again.

My stay here has been perfect. big room with a big bed and medium couch. has ac and a floor fan, a big fridge and a full kitchen even a clothe washing machine. The dining table is cute, the desk is awesome! Windows are big and fill the room with light. If you want to keep the light out there are blackout curtains. The host and her husband can help with anything you may need. They helped me get a bicycle and scooter and even brought me food to eat. And of course you cant beat the location! Its right across the street from the beach and close to monkey mountain!

I stayed here with my 5 year old son for one week. Although the trip started with something of a last minute panic due to double booking, they made every effort to arrange the dates for us and we were able to stay in the selected room, which had a beautiful view of the ocean and nearby beach. All of the staff were lovely, and made the stay enjoyable for us. There were some issues with noise in the evening but not from the property itself, and they tried to ensure that nearby bars abided to regulations in the evening. Overall, it's a beautiful place to stay for a relaxing holiday and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect 10 day stay. I will be returning for more multiple week long visits. The location and house are perfect and with Tan's assistance I felt like part of the family and community. What an incredible stay.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the past couple of years and I always feel at home and well taken care of by the staff. No complaints.

My extended family - 8 people from ages 4 - 76 stayed at the Villa over Christmas and New Year’s. It was perfect for our large group. Leading up to arrival communication with the host was excellent. While at the villas on site staff helped us to arrange many things including tours and laundry. They were so friendly and attentive. The location is walkable to so many restaurants, spas and the beach. Make sure to check out early morning local market and Mom’s Restaurant up the way was a favourite for us.

The actual place is better than the pictures. Walking up and through the hallways to the apartment I was a bit nervous but once we got inside, it was great. The space was perfect for our family of six. The host was very responsive and accommodated the needs that I had. (Extra towels and blankets). The balcony is amazing. We were especially lucky to be there on Lunar New Year’s Eve to see lots of fireworks. It’s in a great location very close to many good restaurants, coffee, shops, and the beach. There is also a convenient store on the first floor. So happy we stayed here. I definitely hope we can visit Da Nang again and stay here.
