Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

I was able to rest comfortably.

It was clean and well organized. We loved a lot of it. There were some cockroaches and ants, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. It is quick to respond to inquiries.

Great place, extremely clean and hygienic and modern. Not a walkable distance to the markets though. Overall extremely satisfied.

The villa is wonderful, it has a steam room. If the weather isn’t great, you can still enjoy the steam room and take a swim in the pool. Everything looks very nice, there’s plenty of space, and we were very satisfied. The host was extremely helpful — she solved any issues we had almost immediately. Whenever we needed something, we reached out to her, and she took care of it within 10–20 minutes.

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Be sure and rent bicycles…we rode all over the area and so much fun and felt so safe. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Hanh! Thank you Hoi An!

Beautiful villa with views of the ocean and beach. About a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 miniute drive to Hoi An Old Town. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming David and his staff were wonderful! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place! 😁

Hannie is friendly, helpful and responsive right from the start. She has helped to make arrangements for transfers, making us travelling with old folks a breeze! As we were travelling with senior family members, we had alot of queries in the amenities available at the property. Hannie was very patient and clear with her responses. She also provided suggestions on places to visit and where to eat! BBQ night was the absolute highlight. Chefs came to prepare as early as 4pm and dinner was ready by the time we got home. Food was cooked to perfection and all of us had a good meal. Property, needles to say, was absolutely stunning. True to pictures and just love the space and deco. This place is an absolute gem find! Highly recommended to stay. Just 10min away from all the action!

I arrived early and wanted to leave my luggage at the accommodation, so the host personally came and responded and helped me right away. The host was very friendly and responsive. The accommodation was really clean, the kitchen was clean, and the bathroom was clean. The location of the accommodation was also a good location to take a Grab ride out, so it was a location where you could quickly get to the city center. Recommended as a cost-effective accommodation.

Loved staying in La’s place. The place looks exactly like the photo which is bright and calming. Host is very responsive and provides clear instruction and shop recommendations near her place. La’s place is very convenient, it’s just walking distance to the beach, restaurants, massage and shops. Besides La’s place are actually local houses. It’s interesting as some set up food stall right in front of their house and we see some gathering and having drinks outside their house at night. We are a group of 13. La’s place is what I’m looking for. There’s 2 big beds in each room so 2 people can share a bed comfortable. Each floor has 2 bedrooms so for parents with young kids, it’s like a connecting room and you can see your kids. La’s place is also well sound proof. Even though we have 13 people, we do not hear each other noises. The water pressure when bathing is also great even when multiple people are showering. I will book this place again if I’m back in Danang.

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. The old town is only a 20 min cycle/ 5 min Grab away. If I could give 10*’s i would. Thank you Mei from Keith, Kirsty, Caroline and Zach

The accommodation is a 10 minute walk from the train station (we were coming from Nha Trang, group of 4 people) which is very convenient. The house was very clean and as advertised. Betty and Sam were great hosts, very responsive to messages and very kindly accepted that we left a little later than the scheduled time to enjoy Da Nang in the morning. Self check-in was very easy. Only one very small downside: the water pump made noise when we used water (toilet or bathroom), that didn't stop us from sleeping though. We recommend it!

It was such a beautiful accommodation. To the extent that it's impeccable. The host Quyen was very friendly The cafes and restaurants they recommended were all great. Next time I come to Hoi An, I will definitely come here again. Thank you Quyen 😀

Very nice place to stay in a residential area of Hoi An, at about 10 minutes walk from the old city center. The house has a charming atmosphere and a great outside area for sipping coffee in the morning. The host lives directly next door and is very helpful and easy to tchat with.

We loved this home. Jack was an amazing host. He was always quick to respond and promptly addressed anything we needed during our stay. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and incredibly sound-proofed from one level to the next, meaning that we never had to worry about waking the sleeping children. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable, with many great restaurants close by, and the beach is only a two minute walk from the front door. You can walk along the beach to easily reach the main An Bang area and all that it has to offer. The resort across the street also sells day passes to their swimming pool, which was very convenient. Overall, we would highly recommend this home, and hope to return the next time we visit Hoi An 🙂

My daughter and I stayed one week and I wish we could have stayed longer. Huong recommended various things to see and do and organised a lot of it for us also. Kim Anhs breakfast each morning was fantastic, we stuck with Vietnamese breakfasts the whole stay. When we needed a doctor Huong was also there to help us. The most special touch that we were tototally blown away by was the birthday cake Huong had organised as we had both just celebrated our birthdays a week or so prior. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks again Huong

We, as a family, spent a week here over Christmas 2024. It was so nice to walk down the street for a massage and great food. a 15min cab ride to Hoi An. it was great to be away from the very busy centre. Quan was a great help and gave us great recommendations for various things.

Locals were extremely friendly and patient with foreigners.
