We've never been in such a great place to stay. Everything has been thought of. The amenities were more than satisfactory. There was also something for children to paint, as well as dog bowls for our hairy friends. Everything was super clean and we already noticed a totally pleasant smell in the entrance area, which spread over the whole villa. The breakfast boxes are great and were very easy to book via cell phone. The common area was also very handy. In general, everything was super relaxed to clarify with the phone. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

From the apartment you can reach the public transport very well. It's very comfortable. Highly recommended for a stay in Prague.

Very cozy and very clean apartment. A very green and quiet area, perhaps a little outside but well-served by public transport.

Everything went as smoothly as possible - the host handed us the keys even the day before the start of the accommodation and was very accommodating with the checkout time (mutual trust is appreciated :)). A baby chair for a 15-month-old nephew was willing to bring and bring us all the way to the apartment, along with a baby bowl and silverware (we didn't even ask for them, but the hostess thinks of everything - empathy and proactivity is appreciated :)). At the same time, they left us a nice surprise in the apartment in the form of fresh mangoes, the nephew was excited. :) The accommodation itself is cozy, modernly furnished and with a beautiful view in a quiet location, but at the same time one will get to the very center of Prague in less than half an hour. There is a tennis / futsal court, outdoor gym, playground, restaurants and shops / parties within a 5-minute walk; OC Metropole Zličín a 15-minute walk or 1 metro stop. The family was 100% satisfied, thank you very much and we are happy to repeat the next family session with you. :) Tom G.

Great location of the house to explore the surroundings. Large well appointed place to stay. We had a great turn of the year here.

Lucie is a hostess with body🥰. You could tell that everywhere in the house. It is very stylish and tastefully decorated. Lucie was always available and very responsive to messages. The area is very nice and quiet yet there are many things to do nearby. For our ski vacation, the area was very nice. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for the wonderful week in Cerny dul♥️

Beautiful environment, everything perfectly clean, the host was accommodating and helpful. We greatly appreciated him getting us a beep and everything around it. A real paradise in the middle republic, we all loved it and didn't miss anything.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this place, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway in a peaceful environment. The home is very well-maintained, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you needed. Each of us felt at ease and comfortable here. A huge advantage was the pool, which was already open during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, which is conducive to a true rest away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Hosts deserve a special highlight – polite, welcoming, and always available on the phone. From the very beginning, they made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They were helpful and open to any questions, which gave us a sense of security and care. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

There were nine of us in David's beautiful house with the family. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and everywhere outside access. The pool and terrace with the barbecue were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a few enchantingly beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very dedicated host. He knew we were booking the house on the occasion of my mother's birthday and even suggested we organize flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would love to come back. Thank you!

Veronika's house corresponded exactly to the description. We felt right at home with two families. The house was new, tasteful, there was everything we needed. Lots of excursions nearby and a very beautiful scenery. Veronika was always quickly available for our concerns, friendly communication.

Very nicely located house, quiet location, on the ground floor - guest room with private bathrooms. Family-friendly furnishings. Kicker, toys, piano and much more available. Gladly come back.

What an incredible place to stay! The photos do not do this home justice. It’s a very large place to stay, two levels, completely renovated and nicely decorated. The yard is gated and we could leave our bikes. The town was adorable. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We very much enjoyed staying in Bozena's house . The place is beautiful and clean, with a large space for children to play. The kitchen was well-equipped. The wonderful Bozena was willing to help us with many things. When she heard we were coming with a baby, she stocked the fridge accordingly. She also helped us with ordering from a local restaurant. It was fun and pleasant to talk with her, and she gave us a very warm and homey feeling.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location by the river, yet very close to the center of Znojmo. The location invites you to hike downtown, feel free to go a few times a day, every time a different way. Beautifully furnished and well-equipped apartment. Free parking just a few steps away. Very helpful owner, she responded very quickly and responsibly to any questions. Thank you.

There is nothing wrong with this place. Best Airbnb I've been to so far!!

Apartment was clean, big and very well equipped. Suitable for families with little children but also for adults. Location is amazing, very close to metro station (few minutes walk). Big plus is parking spot in garage (but if you have more then one car it could be a problem to find free parking close to apartment). Communication with Peter was great, quick reposnes from him and he provided all needed info. Great place to stay while you are in Prague.

Everything was great. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly cleaned and very nicely decorated. Great communication with the host. He recommends this place, and I hope to come back again.
