Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cythera

Everything perfect for us. We were also able to enter the house early, everything was very clean and nothing was missing. Water and fruit and basic things like salt and pepper were available. Everything worked. We expected the house to be right on the shore of the lake. That's how it looked in the photos. However, it is on the mountain. It is about 10 minutes to the lake by car. Thanks for everything, we had a good time here. One of the dogs lying around outside became our friend :-)

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

If you are staying in Delphi do not hesitate to book Paris’ place. Amazing location and views very spacious, comfortable and well provided apartment. We came by bus so no car and found very limited shopping for provisions in Delphi so some provisions left out for breakfast especially appreciated. Many restaurants of course. You need to be physically able to come up the steps from Main Street and the final steps to the apartment. Highly recommended. Thanks Paris.

So many good things to say about Christoforos’s place. The house was well equipped and really comfortable, both inside and outside. It was peaceful and relaxing but the real bonus was the view from the terrace and pool while lying on sun loungers - absolutely stunning. Our dogs loved the place and the local area as well. There are some great walks directly from the house or further afield. Nothing very flat - it’s a mountainous area so walks were hilly with fantastic views. Christoforos was a really attentive and communicative host and was always on hand to respond to questions.

What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I felt comfortable with her right away. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could help in any way. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. Stamatis was a perfect host. We adored our stay in Liapades with our 1 year old son. The beaches nearby were incredible and lots of lovely tavernas nearby. The accomodation was great with lots of amenities!

Dina's home is absolutely stunning. It has everything we could possibly need. The views are breathtaking, and the host is incredibly kind. We truly wished our stay could have been extended. I noticed some comments regarding the stairs leading up to the house, but we have three little ones and had no difficulty navigating them; in fact, we found the walk quite pleasant. We took our time to soak in the scenery. Dina was even generous enough to allow us a later check-out since our ferry departure was scheduled for later on. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Dina's house. Everything was simply perfect.

We had a great time in this beachfront accommodation. The terrace is perfect and allows you to enjoy the view of Mount Monemvasia. The old town is available on foot or by car 5 min away. We are touring Greece and it is really a favourite accommodation that we recommend without hesitation. Eleni is adorable and we even had little touches on our arrival (oranges in the fridge that allowed us to make delicious fresh juice). The hammock on the terrace is great. The window above the bed has a shutter but the others do not. We also benefited from an early arrival allowing us to enjoy the old town even more.

Lovely apartment with all amenities and an exquisite balcony with beautiful views of the water and the mountains. Pretty walkable to town center and restaurants. The place is very tastefully decorated. I hope to return. As a single female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Athens. It was within walking distance of most attractions but also close to the underground too! The apartment was beautiful, clean and exactly as the photos shown. We had a lovely stay here and would 100% stay again!

I booked the accommodation with my sister because of the balcony, and we were not disappointed. Dining on the balcony every day with this view was simply wonderful. You always need a car, nothing is within walking distance, but the location is still convenient and the surroundings are beautiful. We would like to go back.

we stayed here for 4 nights and our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views. A cute little walkway is just below, going along the water to a nice pier. You definitely need a car since it's out of any tourist area, but the drive there is really nice, about 2 hrs from Athens and only 20 min from Nafplio. Lots to discover all around. Christos is a great host, very responsive and had alot of great recommendations. One thing I would note; road noise can be loud since you're so close to a road (earplugs did the trick though).

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

The house is idyllic if you want to enjoy nature and privacy. It has everything you need inside. Perfect for winter and summer! It is very picturesque and very beautiful. I enjoyed every moment in this amazing house. Felt like paradise.

Our stay at House of Hydra could not have been more perfect. Giota was an amazing host, very hands on & communicative with any questions we had. I would 100% book again if returning to Hydra! & could not recommend more highly!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It looks exactly like the pictures and the views are stunning. It was the perfect space for two adults with our two teenage daughters. We got to spread out and enjoy quiet time alone and family time together. The pool is a great asset and we loved having it after exploring the island and the wonderful beaches each day. Barbara was extremely responsive and helpful and we did all the things suggested. Definitely pay attention to the advice given in regard to the size of the car needed to get up to the villa. We rented a mid size car, but it had a slightly smaller engine, and it was working pretty hard to get up the steep inclines. We’d advise a slightly bigger engine and an automatic. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beauty then this villa and Lefkada has it all. We hope to return one day!

We spent 10 nights at Villa Agrili, and we enjoyed every second. The location of the property is fantastic, the house itself exactly as described. The villa is secluded at the end of a private lane. You look out into the greenery and feel the sea is close enough to touch. Panos is a very good host who helped immediately with a small problem. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

Had a lovely stay, highly recommended. Every detail has been thought of inc external mosquito window nets so you can open the windows without getting bitten and lots of nice small touches such as fresh bread, water and fruit upon check in. It’s a very clean, tidy villa in a quiet part of the village/town. It’s ideal if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday. It’s only a short 5-10 min walk to the local restaurants and shops.

We were very lucky to be able to spend a week in Kostas' fantastic beach house and what can we say... It was more than a stay, it was an arrival. Kostas is not just a host, he is a person with a heart, where you can feel from the first moment that it is his vocation to make life more beautiful for others. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired. well thought-out, lovingly furnished, in a perfect location. There's nothing missing. And yet it gives so much: peace, beauty, closeness to nature and this rare feeling of a real home away from home. We enjoyed the island, the light, the sea and this accommodation to the fullest... a week full of lightness, sunshine and grateful silence. If there were 10 stars, we would give them. And come back. Absolutely.

WOW. Just… wow. I honestly thought the place looked amazing in the photos, but seeing it in person completely blew me away, it’s even more stunning in real life! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole vibe of the place is peaceful and relaxing. It felt like the perfect escape. The host went above and beyond, everything I could possibly need was already prepared: snacks, fruit, even wine to enjoy while taking in the view. It’s the little thoughtful touches that made the experience feel extra special. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. This was way more than just a stay, it was an experience. 100% would come back!

We had the most fantastic week in Kefalonia at this stunning villa. Spyrion was the best host we have had on AirBNB and went above and beyond to make our stay super easy and comfortable. The villa is very private, overlooking a beach and has beautiful sunsets. The villa had comfortable beds, plenty of towels, coffee and some unexpected nibbles on arrival. We would highly recommend and would love to return.

Gerasimos was an amazing host. He made sure we had all the information and things we needed. He was there to great us at the house and give us a tour. The villa was absolutely stunning and the view was arguably even more beautiful. Everything was modern, clean and each room was special in different ways. Couldn’t recommend this place more and I’m definitely going to try to return in the future!!!
