Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Η πισίνα που διαθέτει η βίλα είναι μεγάλη (7μετρα × 3,5μετρα) και μαζί με τον εξωτερικό χώρο είναι ιδιωτική. Η βίλα Bell Marin φροντίζει μετά από κάθε αναχώρηση να γίνεται καθαρισμός και απολύμανση του σπιτιού πολύ καλά.
