Cindy was great, available should we need anything, friendly greeting when we arrived, accessible parking, close to everything and Custer state park. Beautiful property and the accommodations were the best we had in 11 days of our South Dakota trip. Super fluffy towels and beautifully decorated home. Awesome deck with furniture for am coffee or bbq in evening. Fully stocked kitchen to cook if wanted. Just a lovely stay, will be our go to place next trip to SD. Thanks to Cindy for a lovely stay!

Our family of seven enjoyed our week stay at Joel and Diana’s place.! The beds were comfy, the location was great for doing day trips in the Black Hills and the setting was peaceful and beautiful for relaxing in the evenings. We really enjoyed watching the sunset and star gazing from the deck. Diana and Joel were excellent at communicating and making sure all was going well. If we are back in the area, we would definitely go back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Emily was so kind and responsive. She thought of everything and had so many personal touches and extras. The location was perfect for everything we explored. We spent the days away and loved coming home to eat and unwind back at the cabin. We all loved all the animals and the peaceful location. If we ever come back to the Black Hills area, we would 100% come back to this home. Thank you, Emily and Pat!

This was a great place to stay for our National Parks trip. The location was perfect both for visiting the parks and distance from downtown. The hot tub came in handy after a long day of hiking. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place for their South Dakota trip!

Cute place for my little family. Bed was super comfy and we loved having a tv in the bedroom and one in the living room. Perfect little kitchen, also loved having washer and dryer! And shower has great water pressure. Also just very pretty landscaping all around.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Peyton’s house as a part of our roadtrip vacation from Michigan. It was our first time to South Dakota and we loved every moment of it! Peyton’s house was perfect. It was clean, well cared for, had a well stocked kitchen for making breakfast each morning, a large bedroom closet where we could store our luggage out of the way, and a huge bathroom with extra towels/storage/etc. And of course, the best part, in the middle of nowhere! It was so peaceful to wake up to with coffee in the morning or a beer on the patio in the evening. It was in a perfect location for all we wanted to do on our trip; Custer State Park, Badlands and Wind Cave National Parks and Mount Rushmore. One of our friends already asked us for the link for them to consider a trip, LOL! I would not hesitate to recommend Peyton’s place to anyone visiting the Black Hills area.

The house was gorgeous. It had amazing views and is a beautifully designed mountain guesthouse chalet. The hot tub was phenomenal and completely private, with a hill and trees surrounding it - we really enjoyed using it every night! The bed was extraordinarily comfortable- so much so, that my husband and I looked at the mattress tag to see what brand it was so we could consider getting it when we buy our next mattress Lol! Looks like a Denver mattress, possibly a Doctors Choice variety. The kitchen was large and the living room was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and super friendly when we communicated with them. The views of the city and surrounding areas from the house were pretty spectacular. Highly recommend this house! We felt like we had the best place to stay in Rapid City.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Nikki and Michael were wonderful hosts, responding quickly with any inquiries and even helping us get a fire going in the fireplace after a long day on a chilly nigh! It was such a beautifully decorated place too! Very comfortable and cozy. When I return to the black hills I will check here first to see if it’s available and I will absolutely recommend this place to any friends and family who come to the area as well. Don’t hesitate to book this place … you’ll love it!

Felt right at home with the comfortable furniture, plentiful amenities, and fully decorated space. It had almost everything one could need for a short stay. Aaron was responsive, flexible, and friendly. If i find myself in SD again, i would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my month here and happily recommend it. This is one of the rare listings that actually feels lived in: ample dishware, spare cleaning supplies, and comfortable furniture are all highlights. The bed has a cozy foam topper and the cookware allowed me to make a variety of recipes. The location is walkable and close to both a laundromat and grocery store. The area was quiet and the neighbors in the building were all friendly. For all the amenities I thought this place was a great deal. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

I gotta say I was nervous because it was a last minute pick but it should’ve been my first… great location the views from the front porch were amazing and it was an overall cozy peaceful stay after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely book this stay again in a heartbeat if I come back to visit!!!

Paul’s property was beautiful. It was in a gorgeous area tucked into the woods, and it was so peaceful. My friends and I had a wonderful time in the cozy little studio, the hot tub, sauna, and around the fire. The space was very clean and quaintly decorated. Paul was so kind and helpful. We all talked about how much we would love to stay there again!

Janet was so incredibly and kind, she was very communicative and helpful. I had trouble with my car and she let me stay later and even offered the Airbnb spot again at a discounted price, I didn’t end up needing it but I was so touched by her generosity!

Great place to stay in Rapid! Teri was flexible with our check-in time as we wanted some time to explore the Black Hills! The place was as described and lots of space for relaxing time too. Her large mini fridge and separate mini freezer were big enough for stocking our water and leftovers. The walkway around back to get to the separate entrance was well-lit at night and the surface was not slippery at all. The instructions for everything were very clear and well explained. Would definitely stay again!

The stay was wonderful. Place was further out of town than expected but beautiful scenery and peaceful location. Very close to ski slopes if that is what you are there to do.

Everything about Grandma's House was perfect. Very nice space in a very quite neighborhood. Centrally located to everything in the Rapid City and Black Hills area. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Cyndie is the perfect host and has thought of everything, right down to providing snacks. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. We will definitely book again should we come this way.

My family had a great time at this airBnB! It was clean and welcoming, our host was extremely responsive and helpful and we had zero complaints. We would definitely come back and we appreciated the lower price which added a low stress factor to our trip. My brother mentioned that he most appreciated the quality toilet paper that was provided and I told him I would be sure to mention that for him. Overall it was a wonderful stay and a great place to stay in Lead with hosts who clearly care about their guests. Thank you!!

Perfect place for us to stay in while visiting the Black Hills. Loved having the amenities of home - grill, dishwasher, fridge, oven, laundry - plus the added perk of the pools.

The condo was perfect for two couples. We were able to cook meals for ourselves with the well-appointed kitchen, and each couple had our own bathrooms. It was such a great stay for us. We would go back again without a doubt!

Great Spot in the beautiful Black Hills! Really loved staying at this condo! Super clean, plenty of towels, lots of coffee pods and just like the listing said. It was easy to get to, close to downtown, and the view of the town and Black Hills was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!
