Rita is a wonderful host. Happy for us to drop our bags off early and gave us great recommendations. The air bnb had everything we needed, we particularly enjoyed the projector! We would happily stay again, Hay is like something out of the pages of a fairytale, delightful and charming, full of welcoming people. We can’t wait to go again!

Fantastic location - close to Hay town centre and the Wye, and a comfortable, well-stocked home for a weekend away. Spacious and clean throughout. Appreciated the provision of a parking space. Would recommend - a great stay.

Do not hesitate to book this place if you’re staying in Hay. Beautiful little cottage, great location close to the river walk and the village, not far from the bus stop. Two bedrooms upstairs with comfy beds, great shower/tub, wood-burning stove downstairs, well appointed kitchen with everything you need, lovely garden out back with chairs to sit in the sun and listen to the birds. Would definitely stay here again.

kates place was really lovely, great walkable distance into town and if you went into the opistute direction the walk along the river was lovely :). Perfect for our few days in Hay
