Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Currituck County

We loved staying at Brian’s place! My teenage boys loved having the kayaks, paddle boat, and fishing poles. The beds were very comfortable, there were several games for the family to play, a well appointed kitchen, and lots of seating. It was at least a 30-60 min drive to find a beach and activities, but I enjoyed the laid back neighborhood.

We had a Wonderful stay at Beach Dream Inn, couldn't ask for a more cozy, very well equipped home. There wasn't anything that Amber didn't have available to use to prepare meals. There was even cleaning products to use to tidy up. The swimming pool was also an added perk, so nice to have privacy with the fence all around the pool. We have a small dog that enjoyed her first trip to the beach. Especially being with us while sitting by the pool. We were also lucky to see deer in the morning and evening. Amber's home is very close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores Harris Teeter and Food Lion. The beach is a short easy walk too. We are very glad we found this lovely home at the Outer Banks. And to have a host as accommodating and kind as Amber. Will definitely be back again!

We loved our stay and are already looking to come back this season to enjoy another stay. The only draw back is that we didn't book more nights! This place Our host put together truly helps you relax. Everything you need is either provided for you to use or walking distance ce for the most part. A real no fuss laid back atmosphere that has upscale amenities and a beautiful community located in one of the most gorgeous parts of obx. You won't be dissapointed in your host at this air b&b. You will have more than what you thought you needed plus attentive support from your hosting any questions arise!

Aaron was a great host that was very responsive from booking to check out. He went above and beyond to meet our specific needs. The home was very beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The backyard yard set up was spectacular and met our needs as a large family. We will definitely be staying at the property during future visits and thank you again Aaron for all of your support throughout our visit.

Beautiful home, very spacious. Walkable to beach, restaurants and boardwalk. Home has so many amenities and extras: chairs, bikes, wagon, outdoor shower, beautiful deck furniture, plenty of space inside and out. Very, very clean, great furniture, great kitchen!! Host gave very clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again, we had a great family vacation!!

I LOVED this place and felt right at home. It was very private and clean with lots to do on site. The bed was so comfortable too. There's a clean and heated saltwater pool, gym, and the Salty Rim restaurant right next door. I walked on the beach every morning! The beach was not as crowded as I expected it to be for memorial day weekend. I will recommend Brittany's place to everyone! She was so welcoming and super responsive. Great host!

We enjoyed ourselves so much last year that we booked another stay at Evan's place. The location is central to both Virginia Beach and the OBX, as well as near our favorite golf course, The Carolina Club. The house layout is perfect, boasting three bedrooms, two baths, and an open concept kitchen, living and dining. The outside is perfect for a quiet read in the hammock, a chat by the firepit, or dinner on the grill. There are even kayaks and a paddleboat, neither of which we used due to poor weather conditions. All-in-all we had another exceptional stay and plan on a third stay next year.

House was well maintained. Everything you needed for the stay was provided.

We loved our stay at Karen’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and the views are spectacular. I wish we had more time to enjoy the offerings. We hope to come back again!

I’d give it “Three C’s”: Clean, Cute, Cozy. Attention to detail & pet friendly, the enclosed space protects the dogs until you’re ready to leave the gated enclosure. Oh, the welcome basket is delightful, healthy snacks & wine; which soothes the weary travelers. The kitchen rack for drying dishes is creative & sanitary-great idea! Good location for overnight accommodations. I’d recommend Anne’s place!

Great place and location. Very nicely decorated space that was relaxing and clean. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise as we arrived after a long drive and enjoyed a glass before walking to dinner in town. We would stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you Emily for offering such a wonderful place to stay in Elizabeth City!

We had such a great visit staying with Kristy! It was like staying with a family friend- she was so flexible with our late check-in, she was welcoming and accommodating. She had great recommendations for places to check out and even offered us beach extras like umbrellas, blankets, surfboards, and more. She made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived! The place is exactly as described. Even though it’s attached to her home, the apartment is completely separate with its own entrance. You get a full size fridge, basic kitchen amenities, a comfy bed and even an extra trundle bed which is new! It was less than a 3 min drive to the beach which was so convenient, and surrounded by fun shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We would definitely return!

Anne and Carlos were incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, especially with helping us store our bikes. Their place was charming and the kitchen was well stocked!

If you want a more laid back OBX experience with a short walk to a less busy beach, this is the place!

Robert did a great job at communicating the location. We were anywhere between 30-60 min from all the places we wanted to visit in OBX. The residence was clean and quiet. It was a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of OBX.

The perfect spot for a quick stay in Elizabeth City. The place was clean, quiet & cozy. I appreciated that all the light switches were labeled, a little detail that I wish more places had. It was easy to find & the check in/out instructions were very clear.

We loved this beautiful home! Beautifully decorated-calm vibe. So cozy and comfortable. I’m also an Airbnb host and I can tell you this space is wonderful! Well worth the price point! Don’t miss out on the fire pit. Something about a fire with your family by the water…it’s truly magical. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. Kathy is kind and accommodating. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Can’t say enough. 10/10.

Wished we had time to stay longer! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet! The cabin was clean and cozy and we definitely look forward to another stay!

Easy to check in and very clean, looked jsut like the pictures.

If you’re looking to get away and unplug and just listen to the sound of the water and relax, this is the perfect place. it’s very remote. The view on the dock and the deck is amazing and surreal. A perfect place for a getaway to recharge. Only suggestion is to do your shopping for the house before you go to the property as it is a little distance from everything. But overall, an amazing place would definitely book again.
