Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom house located within walking distance of downtown Elizabeth City and all its amenities. The house has a private patio and street parking. The neighborhood is very family-friendly and walking distance to the boat docks. Elizabeth City is the "Harbor of Hospitality." We are about 45 minutes from the Outer Banks and about 30 minutes from H2Obx water park and 30 minutes from historic Edenton. Virginia Beach is also a short drive from us.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
