If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Friendly 50 m² apartment

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

The area is well suited for hiking and biking. We hosts are happy to help you.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. Walking in 45 minutes you are on the Kottmar and the Spreequelle. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly prepared and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a common hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

Ground-level apartment on 77 m² fully furnished. 2 bedrooms including 3 water beds and 1x normal bed, large living room with pullout couch (as an additional sleeping area), kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and seating. The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
