The garden has gas BBQ with seating/dining area with canal views. Oxford centre is just a 15 min stroll away, Jericho with it's bars & restaurants a 4 min walk & Port Meadow is very close. The house is on a quiet, set back road. Perfectly placed, it's a little oasis. PLEASE NOTE: No.23 isn't suitable for children 8 & under.

Our beautiful, very spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives. We have 4 large double bedrooms, comfortable and spacious living spaces and parking for 2 cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.
