We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and friendly throughout. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

A well loved and super clean cottage in a surprisingly quiet part of Arnside. The garden is a little gem after a long day out in good weather. Thoroughly recommend and friends say I’m pretty fussy.

Tom was a great host, providing clear instructions on how to get to his place and how to operate the hot tub. The accommodation was fantastic, had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend, and is in a beautiful location. Highly recommended, we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Horse Cottage! The place is cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Caroline and Phil were incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout. Our little one especially loved the treats provided – thank you! We’d love to return and highly recommend this lovely cottage to others.

We had a great stay at the Nook! We loved the patio space and the home just felt very cozy. Chloe was very responsive and overall a great host.

we had a lovely 4 nights in the Thomas Gray House. Such beautiful settings. we took some of the recommended pubs and restaurants and were not disappointed. the house did feel very cosy and a home from home. we will be visiting this estate again.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. A really lovely little bothy in a beautiful spot. Perfect for a weekend break. We were breaking a journey north but it would be ideal for a few days walking or cycling. Thanks so much Marcelle and Alan and the dogs!

The perfect place! We are often so disappointed with the lack of effort put into places we've stayed, and it was such a dream to find Sara's place totally exceeded expectations! It was cosy, clean, had lovely decoration, even homemade cookies on arrival. It had everything we needed and the patio area in the garden was gorgeous. For once it actually felt worth the money, we could have stayed a week! It felt like sara really cared about putting a personal touch into the room. Thankyou 🥰

Great place! Super spacious and spotless.. comfortably fit three of us. I really enjoyed the quirky style and colorful decor, and there were plenty of books and games to keep us entertained during downtime. Siobhan was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location is fantastic, easy to walk to shops and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. Plus, the views from the window were a lovely bonus!

A lovely loft - perfect and just what we needed for our 2 day mini-break. The loft was much bigger than we anticipated so that was a lovely surprise. The little touches were great too - fresh towels, milk, butter, instructions for the hot tub, even some jigsaws for the rainy afternoon. Everything we needed. The outdoor space was so peaceful. Even though we were on the farm’s property, we felt right at home, comfortable and had the privacy we wanted. The neighbours were adorable - cows and their calves! The outdoor space was secure for our two dogs. Plenty of room for them to stretch their legs and play on the grass. Thanks for a great stay!

Apartment has everything you need; comfy bed, nice shower & bathroom, full kitchen inc tea & coffee etc, big living space with tele & board games. We’ve come away Scrabble lovers! Lovely garden & only few mins walk round to the canal & cafe. Perfect! Oh & not to forget the kind gesture of homemade tea loaf; very thoughtful & tasty! Fantastic apartment in a delightful village in the heart of of the countryside. Belllingham is well worth visiting and has every amenity that you require for a short or longer stay with very friendly locals. The apartment was located adjacent to a micro brewery which provided a fantastic tour, street food and live music.

This bijpu bedsit is perfect for a single person. Peaceful and private, and with everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, and the whole place was immaculately clean. I was really happy to see environmental measures in place. The location is perfect - spot on for accessing this part of the Lakes, with so many beautiful spots within easy driving distance. Kath's communications were clear and friendly and fast. I would recommend this accommodation and its owners without hesitation.

Mike's place was perfect for our 3 night trip to the Colne Valley. The farm shop just across the road and pub a short walk away were very handy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, and we felt really comfortable as soon as we walked through the front door. Would lo e to come back and explore the area more.

Very comfortable and well-equipped cottage, perfect for a quiet break. Set in a very nice garden, a short walk from the sea and with cycle routes directly into the forest. Host was very friendly and helpful, we had an excellent time.

Great little cabin in a beautiful private garden. We had a lovely few days of tranquility. Really enjoyed watching the birds on the pond. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped and everything we needed was provided. Great location for dog walks. We will definitely be back

Absolutely perfect long weekend at Peasecroft. The place is gorgeous and so well kitted out. We took a projector and had a movie night - the blinds are the perfect projector screen ;-). We bagged three Wainwrights, did a boat tour, tried most of the pubs in Coniston, had a spa day at Low Wood bay... perfect weekend and amazing accommodation. Couldn't recommend it highly enough! Sean was a great host, very communicative, responsive and friendly. The lodge was lovely, very clean and cosy, and perfect for a getaway for 2. The surroundings were peaceful and well maintained/presented and we never heard a peep out of other guests so it still felt private. The website was very helpful for local reccomendations, which made it easy to find somewhere for dinner. Being able to self-cater to an extent with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and private bbq, was excellent.

Absolutely amazing stay here, just what we needed to get away from city life, scenery was beautiful, hot tub was amazing, very clean, we just loved every second of it, we didn't want to come home! Thank you Catherine for having the prosecco and banners up for us on arrival , it was a lovely suprise for my partners birthday. We will definitely be back!

The pod was perfect for our stay in Coniston, being located in walking distance of the town and its lovely pubs. The pod had amazing views and had everything we needed. Mark was very welcoming and we’d recommend this stay to anyone.
