We had an incredibly relaxing, peaceful, quiet getaway. The house is more than enough space for 2 people, well stocked kitchen, amazing scenery. Beautiful Mountain View’s, screened in porch, super serene.

A great choice in this area. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities. Nice layout for families or groups. We enjoyed coming back after busy days to a relaxing environment. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Whether it's a big family or friend get to gather; you will have an amazing time at this home. I literally can't think of anything more I would want in a get away! Andy and Ling were always responsive and very kind. Thank you for the great time.

I needed a place that my family, from out of state, could stay while attending a graduation. The house was perfect! I told Bob what I wanted to do and he was encouraging and helpful. He made sure we had propane for grilling and answered all my questions. He was very prompt when I reached out to him. We had an amazing time. I would stay there again.

My husband, brother, and two of our friends spent the weekend at Brad’s house and we had a lovely time. It was extremely conducive to relaxing. We cooked our meals there. The kitchen was very clean and we had found everything we needed for our meals. We were able to use lies the front porch. The pool was closed, but it looked very nice. Brad is an amazing host. He will answer your questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying at Brad’s place to anyone.

Our stay was everything we could have wanted for a weekend with friends. James was extremely helpful, flexible, and communicative, and the house is clean, well stocked, and packs a lot of space & fun into a small footprint.

We had a great stay, the home was pristine and it was so peaceful and quiet. It was centrally located and easy to get to. Everything was as advertised, just a beautiful home and the host communicated clearly. We'd love to stay again someday.

Such a relaxing property, with amazing country charm!! We loved all the original home features, which were restored beautifully. We also loved the beautiful newer bathrooms and kitchen that were incredibly clean. Clearly a ton of effort and care went into renovating the place. Wonderful location next to a river, Old Rag trail, and very close to all the shopping and restaurants in downtown Sperryville. Liz was a wonderful host and made the check in and check out as easy as possible. Highly recommend this property and we hope to stay again one day soon.

Loren was very responsive and helpful; her place was even nicer than expected; we particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire. Indoors was clean, organized and very well maintained. The short walk to the local park and to the grocery store was also a plus. Will try to get this spot again for our next visit.

Would definitely stay here again! We came as a larger group of 9- there was plenty of room for all! My son and nephew spent the entire weekend fishing off the dock while others played yard games (included in rental). Beds were comfy, kitchen fully stocked! Location was perfect - not too far from "civilization" yet surrounded by woods and felt very private. Communication with owner was always easy and responses were fast. Do not hesitate to rent here!

The house had everything we needed—so comfortable and well-equipped that we didn’t even feel like going out! Every little detail was just right, making our trip feel extra special. This was a family trip before my mother’s return to Thailand, and staying here made it truly memorable. We are so grateful for the warmth, comfort, and care this home provided. One of the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed in! It felt like we were in the most beautiful and upscale cabin-like getaway. All of the finishes, furniture, bedding, etc--were all top of the line! Plus the screened in porch felt like you were in a tree house, so restful and peaceful. The house in the country and in the woods, but Culpeper is less than 15 minutes away and has all the restaurants & shops you could ask for. Communicating with the owner was easy and delightful. 10/10 recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay in Culpeper. The home was beautiful and had most of the comforts of home. We were in town to visit with family. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the yard and fire pit. The host were responsive to our questions and willing to help in anyway. Would definitely stay again!

Easy pretty drive into warrenton; great meals. Clean and looked like pictures.

Our stay at Orso Blu was fantastic!!!! I was in town for work and my husband was able to work remote at the house and enjoy the magnificent views all day! We walked on the lavender and it smells wonderful! Francesca was a wonderful host checking on us throughout our stay! We will visit again!

The dock area was great, as were the kayak, and other water toys. The house was nicely decorated and accommodating for our group.

this is a great spot if to are wanting to hike near by at the shenandoah national parks and has lovely view if tou are just wanting so have a stay vacation in. loved the hot tub and the projector! and has a beautiful view with a fire place!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for hosting a large group (bachelorette). We cooked all our meals in their beautiful and spacious kitchen and really enjoyed getting to eat all together at long tables both inside and outside! This is the perfect place if you want good quality time with people. We also ventured out to a local brewery and enjoyed some live music. It’s also fairly close to DC, and even leaving in rush hour on a Thursday we made great time. It’s clearly the family really values this home and takes care of it well. Checkout was also so easy which is always appreciated after a long stay. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to others!
