Excellent, my and my companions liked the place

This is our new favorite place to stay in Cuenca. It is on the edge of El Centro, which makes it close to all the activity while it is still on a relatively quiet street. There is Free street parking as well as a parking lot just around the corner that charges five dollars per night. The suite is really designed for just two people. The bed is fairly comfortable, there is a nice TV, and the shower is excellent. The kitchen is nicely equipped, although there is no coffee maker. It is nice having push button access to the suite, no keys to worry about. Be sure to check out the modern art museum just across the street, and consider eating at El Pedregal and Sabatino's. An excellent panoramic view of Cuenca

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic. The house was incredibly comfortable and full of amenities. The host was very responsive, always replying quickly and proactively to all messages. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing host! Even though my flight arrived late and I had a long drive from Guayaquil, he made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, very responsive and helpful with everything. The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable — perfect after long day of travel. I also appreciated the small touches like the complimentary tea, and the helpful recommendations nearby. When I accidentally left some personal items behind, he went above and beyond to coordinate getting them back to me quickly before I returned home. Truly great hospitality and kind. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend to all my friends and family!!! Thanks again Patricio!

Perfect place for what we needed. Only things the 4 flights of stairs however we didn’t mind it at all as we took it as exercise. Will definitely stay over again.

The apartment was very nice, they gave it to us impeccable, in the middle of the week they cleaned the room, changed sheets and towels. Every time we needed something from Rolendo, he attended to us immediately and was always willing!! Recommended if you're visiting Cuenca

The place is as shown in the photos: beautiful, cozy and very well maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable and the decoration has a special touch that makes you feel very comfortable. The area is quiet and safe, ideal to rest. The host was attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my adventure in Cuenca in major part because of the location of this studio. It was truly in the center heart of it all! The Mercado, the Supermaxi, all of El Centro...everything was within a 10-minute walk. Juan (and his wife) are amazing hosts! During my stay. he provided top notch service, responding quickly to all questions and concerns. He is truly solution-oriented, and made a big difference during my stay with his rapid responses to issues. Now, if you are like me (and you are cold-natured), I must mention that you may want to pack an extra blanket and some fuzzy socks as it can get a little chilly at night, especially during rainy season. All in all, if you want to be in the center of if all, this is your place!

Aaron’s place is not only beautiful and quaint. The location is ideal for local restaurants and steps to dt. But I’m also very impressed with the communication with Aaron and Alla. They did their best to accommodate my parents and were in touch with me promptly. I highly recommend their place and will definitely be visiting again.
