This property is situated in a small village, set on the north coast of Cornwall which is renowned for its beautiful surfing beaches and coastal walks. The closest beach 'Holywell' is a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk and there are many more fantastic beaches in the vicinity. Truro, Perranporth and Newquay as well as the airport are all within 20 mins drive, Eden Project 40 mins and the A30 is 7 min away. Great for couples all year around for mid-season walking holidays and get away winter breaks.

Being in the countryside it is perfect place to relax. There are great walks from right outside the front door. Activities like surfing/bodyboarding/SUP are within easy reach.
