All the comforts of home located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The space was very clean and well maintained. Kimberly was easily accessible. Overall great stay!

Christi kirk the owner was absolutely amazing!!!! You will feel right at home she has a amazing property and takes beautiful care of her homes. The house sets on a beautiful lake and has a hot tub out on the deck. We can not wait to come back and visit

My boyfriend and I picked this place to visit his parents who live in Settlers Rest. This was a very clean and renovated place. Very easy to find and we arrived around 11pm as we drove from PA. Our packet with the key was easy to find and we did not have any issues. There were documents to fill out which I did not know about until I received a call from the office and they were understanding. We also brought our two dog's along and were asked for the vaccine records. I had these with me because my boyfriends parents told me to bring them otherwise I would not have had them. Otherwise everything was great and Kimberly responded quickly to all questions and everyone at the office was very nice. We would stay here again!

Quite, everything was as advertised. Place was new and updated.

Vanessa is the best host anyone could ask for! She is down to earth, friendly, inviting and just a down right sweetheart. We felt very taken care of and it was a joy to stay on her property. She sure knows how to make an occasion feel special!!

House was just as described .we were a group of 8guys on a golf trip and house had enough beds for all. We were only there for 2 nights so we just ate dinner out and just made breakfast and there were enough utensils for that all in all a good place to stay..

Don’t miss the opportunity to stay T the Grand Oaks Resort. It is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The staff is amazing and super friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd visit and I can’t wait to go back!!

We stayed here to be close to family for Christmas. Host decorated the outside for Christmas which was nice. Home was cozy and had everything we needed and more. Host was responsive, kind, and made sure we were comfortable. Very good experience. Will book again!

Loved it and 100% would stay again. The cottage is as advertised in a beautiful and peaceful complex. Has an awesome little dog park with plentiful outdoor seating and activities. Zenia does well on getting the small details right with the cottages being stocked with everything you’ll need.

We are so happy we chose Dardens cabin as our spot to reset and relax. We work a lot and rarely get a chance to take time for ourselves and we were definitely due. My favorite part was being able to sit in the screened in patio, read a book and enjoy the beautiful nature outside while my boyfriend cooked on the grill. This place did exactly what we needed it to do and would definitely come back again.

A cute cottage. We felt comfortable and safe. The keurig and coffee pods were a nice touch. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened back porch.

Our 2nd one month stay at this lovely cottage. It's an excellent location on a channel to access Lake Henderson. Perfect for bass fishing. The home is clean and comfortable. It's spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen is organized and well stocked . We enjoyed the patio, particularly the newly installed gazebo which provided shade during sunny days. The view from the patio is relaxing and perfect for sunrises. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's an easy 3 mile ride down 44 sidewalk to get to the Withlachoochee Bike Trail. Spent many hours fishing. Every Monday we'd make the the 45 minute drive to the Webster Flea Market (excellent stop for produce) then stop for lunch at Big Bass Grill on Lake Panasoffkee. Easy drive to Winn Dixie. Would absoulutely stay again,

Place was immaculate, air conditioner works like a champ. This place is 100% new everywhere you look. Had a big yard, get for our small dog. Thank you!

Cozy, well-stocked cottage with a beautiful view and convenient to everything Cedar Key has to offer. Love the screen porch and the outdoor seating on the grounds. Perfect for two people and our dog. We cooked meals and had everything we needed. #cedarkeystrong

This was my second stay at Dana’s guest house and it was great. Dana communicated very well before and during the stay. She answered my questions very quickly. I had a relaxing one-night stay and slept well to be ready for driving the next day. I highly recommend Dana’s place if you are staying near Coleman, The Villages, or Wildwood.

Loved everything about it! Was able to dock my 25 ft boat there & be in the gulf in minutes. Very quaint & super clean. Pool was wonderful after a day of fishing! My only suggestion would be a fish cleaning table. Will definitely be back!

I booked Christine’s place for me and my friend to unplug from our busy lives for a couple of days. The beautiful lake, abundant wildlife, peaceful back porch and easy kayak launch were all we needed to recharge. We would love to visit again!

Shannon’s place was so cozy!! It was so clean and decorated so well. The location was close to restaurants and being right on the canal was so convenient. We were able to paddle Monkey Island. Shannon was a phenomenal host. She made sure we were taken care of and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

House was exactly as described. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, right on the river. Everything was clean, although the floor in the bedroom was a bit dirty with dust bunnies and dirt. Sam went out of his way to get new furniture for the screened in porch, super comfy. We ate every meal out there listening to the birds, watching the fish jumping, and enjoying our visit from a Blue Heron. We would definitely come back if we were ever in the area.

Just what we were looking for! Simple and clean with a beautiful lake view. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of space for the three of us. Would stay here again.

We were looking for a quiet get away and we got what we were looking for!!! Seclusion and quiet!!!! Saturday was a little loud with the summers launching and loading in the empty lot next door but it was short and brief, so it didn’t bother us.

Perfect place on the water! Everything we needed for a scalloping weekend trip with the family. Having the boat in the water, tied to the dock was essential. Thank you Tammy!
