Waterfront holiday rentals in Crystal River

Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

My partner and I wanted to visit the springs to kayak. This place exceeded our expectations. All we had to do was launch from the dock in the backyard and we were minutes from the clearest and bluest water. We even saw a manatee munching on some vegetation across from the dock. If you’re a fan of Florida springs, this place is for you!

Great place, quiet and peaceful.

This place had absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay in Crystal River. Our party of five had plenty of room to spread out among the three bedrooms with five beds and two bathrooms. We took my 88 year-old grandmother and so having a place that was easy for her to navigate was key. This first floor condo is close to its parking and is all one story. She was able to get around perfectly. The picture windows in the living room provided is all the entertainment and people watching we needed when we were on property relaxing. The property is spotless. We highly recommend a stay and will definitely be back.

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

We were there for my god-daughter's graduation in Tampa, and it was a great space for my family of four. It was clean and like the pictures. We followed the instructions and were able to access the lodging without issue. While we didn't cook, there was everything needed to do so. My husband ran, and I had a great walk in the neighborhood.

The home is exactly as described in the listing: home was clean and came with all the boats and tubes for a fun time on the river! Lots of life jackets and goggles to use if you dont have your own. publix and walmart are a short drive in town about 10 min. The home is at the end of a small deadend couldesac with a rental on 1 side and an abandoned house on the other, beautiful nature drive, seems to be in a safe area, it was private. Plenty of space and beds, the home was clean (and we are picky) and everything was up to date not run down or worn out. Nearby fast food and "Swampys" on the water if thats what you like, but If you want quality food, drive about 30 minutes west to Inverness/Yankeetown and try Blackwater Grill, absolutely best food for you money. Being Florida natives, we didnt jump off the dock, too much grass and know what hides in the grass..we saw a huge snapping turtle in it with baby turtles near the dock. overall it was a great stay and we would come back! Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

This place is amazing! I loved being able to walk right outside and use the kayaks provided for fun for my whole family! We took a day trip to the Springs and Bucaneer Bay. The place was super clean, comfortable and exactly as described.

Amazing place with easy access to the gulf. My family loved the dock for swimming and the family kayaks created memorable experiences.

This is our second time coming to Brock’s beautiful place in the summer. The kids absolutely love being able to go out in the springs any time of the day. We love to eat at Swampys, going antique shopping, renting a boat, and most of all relaxing at this lovely home. We hope to be back next summer!

have you stayed on upper floors before I really noticed the advantages of being on this first floor unit above the garage as you still get the spectacular views but it feels like you have a humongous patio backyard as you can walk right out onto the common area down to the body of water that connects to the ocean. Also a lot less walking very conveniently located unit super comfortable living room furniture. Loved it we will try to book again in the future.

Loved our Gulf Island stay. Beautiful Pool, comfy King size bed and a wonderful private balcony overlooking the Gulf! Even though the kitchen is a little dated, it is clean & functional. We would definitely book again. Thanks!

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for a getaway. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Everyone we we met around the place was very welcoming and friendly. We will be back and will always check to see if this place is open to stay.

Traci and Doug were the most friendly, professional hosts we have ever rented from. We have rented vacation homes for years! This place was the cleanest, most adorable and cozy place ever! Cannot say enough about how comfortable the bed was! That is a big stipulation for me with Airbnb‘s. Cannot wait to rent one of their beautiful condos again in the future! The people in this community are absolutely wonderful! No one including the hosts made us feel anything but absolutely comfortable! If you’re considering a stay in a community like this, do it, but do it with Tracy and Doug you will be so happy you did! Thank you guys for being so awesome. Can’t wait to rent from you again!

I was happy with the rental. Cozy space with everything I needed. The host gave clear instructions and made the check-in process easy. I liked the location and was very comfortable. Would book with this host again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Pretty scenery from 1st floor. The amenities of the pool, and game room were family friendly. private beach , nature walk were a delight. Will definitely be back.
