Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Croatia

The house is very nice and tidy, the location is great,close to all attractions within 10 minutes. In snowy times, you can also enjoy sledding and winter joys in front of the house and the nearby Mukinje sledding area at about 10 minutes away. The host, Ivana, is super helpful and responsive. And a domestic dog who is always guarding the house and guests.

Beautiful place, beautiful view of the bay, very nice and communicative host. The water in the bay is very clean and clear, it's a good idea to bring a swimming mask, under the water surface you will encounter a lot of fish. A beach made of small pebbles is clean and well-maintained. The tap water is not drinkable (due to the salty taste), but hosts easily provide good water. We were with a small dog, which was no problem in the hosts building. However, you should know that there are signs at the entrance to the beach that prohibit dogs, but with reasonable care, no one pays attention to them, so it's not a problem either. Getting to the bay can be quite difficult for not very good drivers, the roads to Hvar are winding, sloping and often unsecured. However, it will be a great adventure for people who like to drive. In summary: I would definitely recommend this place and the host, choosing an apartment here you will get beautiful views, silence and unforgettable experience.

The stay was nice, the house is really small but sufficient for two. Beautiful garden. Hostess was always easily accessible. The way to the beach is a little further than expected.

The good weather wasn't always there, but the kids had plenty to do in the space. Thanks again for that. The accommodation is located near the sea, it can be reached on foot in 10 min. The street is very quiet. Everything necessary is present in the accommodation to have a good stay.

We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

We had an amazing stay at Saša's apartment Saša gave us instructions on how exactly to find his apartment, which places are worth visiting and which restaurants are the best choices and why :) Saša is very friendly and communicative and his apartment is a great place especially for families with kids (we were there as a couple, but the apartment is prepared for visits with children)

Location was close to Old Town (10 minute walk). Safe area, good restaurants, bus station and grocery store near by.

The stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Dragana was always very helpful, for any need or advice, the response was always timely. The apartment had just been cleaned upon our arrival, the kitchen and the premises were equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was the setting for countless sunset dinners. The first beach was about a three-minute bike ride away, while the old town was about fifteen minutes away. Supermarkets were easily accessible both by bike and on foot. The residential complex was very quiet. Thank you Dragana for your hospitality and hope to see you again soon. Highly recommended!

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!
