Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Carriage House 1.5 bed/1 bath located off 30A

You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This guest house is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across from the home. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers. Need more room? We have a larger home on property that sleeps 11.

The Copper Cay is a cozy condo located in the heart of Destin. We can accommodate up to 6 guests & up to 2 furry friends (with a pet fee). Our design of industrial farmhouse mixed with spunky copper finishes will have our guests feeling relaxed & refreshed! Our complex offers three pools, with one being directly next to our building, and a peaceful lake walkover just steps away. Enjoy your trip living like a "local" in the comforts of the Copper Cay!
