The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. High-speed internet. 20 min walk to town.

A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Under floor heating and washing machine.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Being in the countryside it is perfect place to relax. There are great walks from right outside the front door. Activities like surfing/bodyboarding/SUP are within easy reach.
