This is my bright family apartment, on the edge of the historic center. It's located on the 5th(elevator until 4th floor + 1 flight of stairs) and highest floor of a small building, in an elegant residential area. For me, it’s a quiet corner from which to admire hills and rooftops. We’ve renovated it, keeping the warmth of our real home hoping you'll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window…they're a little something extra, I hope will leave you with lovely memories.

L'accesso ed il "check-in" sono svolti autonomamente dall’ospite senza limitazioni d'orario (a partire dalle ore 15,00 del giorno d'arrivo) L’appartamento, situato al quarto piano con ascensore è composto da: cucina, camera con letto matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli, soggiorno e bagno.

Appartamento finemente ristrutturato ubicato al primo piano di una palazzina dei primi del ‘900 in tranquilla strada di uno dei più antichi ed eleganti quartieri di Firenze. Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in 20/25 minuti, oppure in Bus con fermata a poca distanza da casa. Camminando lungo il suggestivo lungarno, Porta San Niccolò, il Ponte Vecchio, la Galleria degli Uffizi e la Basilica di Santa Croce sono comodamente raggiungibili, così come le altre meraviglie di Firenze.

Ben collegato con il centro, in quindici minuti, dai mezzi pubblici (fermata bus sotto casa) e a cinque minuti dal casello autostradale A1 di Firenze Sud. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
