L'appartamento di 100 m2 si trova al piano terreno di un antico villino sulla via di San Domenico al n.37 che porta da Piazza Edison a San Domenico fino a Fiesole. Il villino si trova in un interno della Via di San Domenico, un luogo tranquillo e riservato; da un lato si affaccia su un piccolo giardino attrezzato e dall'altra su una corte silenziosa e protetta di nostra proprietà. L'appartamento è nuovo, ristrutturato con gusto e raffinatezza. Perfetto per due coppie di amici e per una famiglia con figli. Può ospitare fino a 7 persone. L'appartamento è composto da: ampio soggiorno con divano letto e la possibilità di aggiungere un letto extra; una bella cucina grande e luminosa con tavolo da pranzo che si affaccia sul giardino; una prima camera da letto doppia con aria condizionata, con vista sul giardino e dotata di bagno privato con doccia; una seconda camera doppia con aria condizionata con vista sulla corte interna. Un secondo bagno grande con doccia. Completa l'appartamento un piccolo giardino a vostra disposizione, ricco di piante e fiori, dove è possibile godersi la colazione, il pranzo e la cena. Siete i benvenuti nel nostro appartamento, i pavimenti sono in parquet di rovere e le pareti sono dipinte nella delicata tonalità del tortora. Abbiamo ristrutturato e arredato questo appartamento con molta cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Troverete lenzuola e asciugamani; sapone, bagno schiuma e phon; ferro e asse da stiro. La cucina è grande e luminosa, moderna e completamente attrezzata con frigo, fornelli, forno, microonde, macchina per il caffè, bollitore e tostapane. Wifi gratuita. Di fronte alla casa, sulla Via di san Domenico troverete il parcheggio gratuito. Sempre sulla Via di San Domenico a 100 m dalla nostra casa troverete la fermata dell'autobus 7 che vi porterà in centro in 15 minuti. Qui avrete la possibilità di rilassarvi al ritorno dalle vostre escursioni a Firenze, a Fiesole e Settignano, nel Mugello e nel Chianti. Sono i benvenuti anche i vostri amici pelosi! Gli ospiti avranno accesso all'appartamento e al giardino privato a loro riservato. Io e mio marito saremo felici di accogliervi e di assistervi durante il vostro soggiorno! Siamo anche sempre disponibili via sms e whatsapp. L’appartamento si trova fra Campo di Marte, le Cure e l'atmosfera affascinante e spirituale di San Domenico e di Fiesole, in un quartiere residenziale ordinato ed elegante, in cui è possibile respirare lo stile di vita tipicamente fiorentino. Oltre al meraviglioso centro storico di Firenze, vi consigliamo un giro nelle vie dello shopping interessanti per noi cittadini come: Via Gioberti, Via Marconi, le botteghe e il mercato nel quartiere delle Cure. Vi suggeriamo inoltre di salire per la Via di San Domenico e raggiungere Fiesole per visitare le meravigliose ville storiche che si trovano lungo questa collina; un percorso che vi offrirà paesaggi e suggestioni uniche! Non disponiamo di un parcheggio privato, ma di fronte all'immobile, sulla Via di San Domenico troverete molti parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti. Di fronte all'appartamento troverete anche la fermata dell'autobus n.7 che vi porterà in centro in 15 minuti. Attenzione, per chi viene senza auto: vicino all'appartamento non ci sono supermarket da raggiungere a piedi, perciò vi consigliamo di comprare quello che vi occorre nei pressi della stazione ( troverete numerosi city market).
