It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you. ---

Camminando lungo il suggestivo lungarno, Porta San Niccolò, il Ponte Vecchio, la Galleria degli Uffizi e la Basilica di Santa Croce sono comodamente raggiungibili, così come le altre meraviglie di Firenze.

Access and "check-in" are carried out independently by the guest without time restrictions (starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival) The apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, consists of: kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, living room and bathroom.

Quiet and comfortable bright studio, with exclusive and covered parking space on the basement of the building, really comfortable in a city with few parking lots and all for a fee! Green area near the Lungarno gardens and the bike path. Air conditioning, Wifi. Well connected to the center, in fifteen minutes, by public transport (bus stop under the house) and five minutes from the A1 motorway toll booth of Firenze Sud. The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
