I lived in this apartment for many years and personally furnished it, enriching it with items collected during my travels and work. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium. It consists of an entrance that leads to a hallway overlooked by the bedroom (queensize bed) with the wardrobe and the bathroom. Both of these spaces are well lit with windows overlooking a quiet and peaceful internal courtyard. From the hallway, you can then access the large kitchen complete with all the accessories, with a dining area. The Kitchen is connected to the large and bright Living Room where you can enjoy some relaxation after the day's work! The apartment has a private parking space reserved for guests 20 meters from the house, with an automatic gate. 2 bicycles are also available for our guests. The apartment is at the complete disposal of my guests in all its parts, including private parking I'm very happy to meet new people from around the world! For work reasons, however, I decided to get help from a friend: Niccolo' is co-host for the apartment and he will take care of you and your needs The apartment is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Fiesolana Hill, not far from the historic center. From here you can explore this characteristic neighborhood with its shops, market, villas and gardens. This area is very well served by public transport. In addition, I provide 2 bicycles for my guests, ideal for reaching the center in less than 15 minutes The San Marco Vecchio bus stop is a short walk from the house. Line 1 connects the area directly with the Historic Center in 15/20 minutes. Alternatively, 200 meters away, the small San Marco Vecchio train station is directly connected with Santa Maria Novella The parking space I leave available for my guests is very strategic.

Lovely nest near Florence city centre

This cozy studio was build by my grandfather at the beginnin of 1900 like a simple work room. Then during the 50's he added a bathroom to make the space available for live, and now, in 2018 I restored the location to share it with guests. We restored even some of the original forniture to exalt the hystoric feeling of our place. The city centre is easily reachable and you can find everything you need in 500 meters (restaurants, bars, buses, a market with local products and a lot of other shops)
