The Petit Versailles 17th Century Apartment offers an exceptional experience for your stay in Paris. It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. The apartment is perfectly designed for a loving couple, a writer, or a businessperson in search of inspiration and stimulation in life. Located in a typically Parisian old building, the apartment is a large and bright 50sqm (538ft2) 1-bedroom apartment, newly renovated and decorated by an architect (myself). You can feel the atmosphere of both traditional Parisian and contemporary retro styles. The location is ideal in the 10th district, on the edge of the 3rd district, at very short walking distance of the hip and popular districts of Le Marais, Canal Saint-Martin, rue du Château d'Eau, and rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
