Welcome to this peaceful and elegant apartment, nestled in the Marne Valley and surrounded by Champagne vineyards. Ideally located near Nogent train station, you will be less than an hour from Paris, Marne-la-Vallée, Reims and Épernay. Apartment is located on the floor of my primary residence. The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. The place is a real haven of peace, located high up with a beautiful view of the marl. The house is completely reserved for you. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have an en-suite bathroom + toilet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a separate bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet on the first floor.
